Convenient location on the edge of the Old Quarter and within walking distance to most of the key sites. Hotel faces a small park and fountain with traffic circulating down either side. Large room and bathroom - clean and comfortable. Some aspects of the room condition were tired but everything worked fine. Ours was an 8th floor room and well-insulated...

The one plus point about this hotel is it's locality. There the good points stop. We recently had the misfortune of staying here a couple of weeks ago. From the moment we checked in it was awful. The male receptionist can only be described as surly and abrupt. The porter was rude. The room was described as a deluxe room. It...

This hotel is very close to the Old Quarter and around 20 minutes walk from the French Quarter. It is situated on a very busy roundabout so crossing the road outside is a real challenge, busy roads need to be crossed when walking in any direction so nerves of steel are required. Although our room was at the front of...

Used this hotel as a day room before catching train to Sapa. In a good location with heaps of shops. Hotel has a little bar with cheap drinks. Rooms good and clean. Nothing flash but is convenient and has air conditioning. Would stay here again.

We paid for an early checkin which was worth it especially ihaving arrived fter a long journey. Breakfast was good and staff attentive. Our room for 3 was spacious, however when we returned to stay another night after visiting...

What a lovely welcome to Hanoi! we checked in around 7am and were welcomed with a full breakfast and then went to bed for 3 hours. Our room is clean and serviced daily, the catering staff were attentive and cooked a mean omlette with chop sticks. I cannot think of anything more they could have done for us. Would definitely...

A well-equipped, small, 3 star hotel with a coffee bar on the ground floor and bar/restaurant on the 11th floor. Friendly staff and good food but don't expect any fancy décor. Our room on the 6th floor was huge with a super king sized bed as well as a day bed. Plenty of hot water. Some noises from the very...

First thoughts were this is a nice average hotel good for a couple of nights, and for the price, couldn't complain. Then it got worse... We arrived early and we had to sit through a sales pitch from the receptionist as our room 'wasn't ready'. (Just what you need when you've been on a bus all night and haven't had...
