We stayed in a family room for 3 nights in this hotel and the room was quite large and extremely clean. Staff here was very welcoming and helpful showing around town with different suggestions of places to visit and eat. The hotel stayed in a less touristy part and quite small, breakfast was with not many choices but they served...

We reserved two rooms in March but less than one week prior to our departure the hotel cancelled our reservation saying they could not accommodate our family. We walked past the hotel a couple of times during our stay in Hanoi and the hotel was open. This put us in a compromised position since we had to find accommodation last...

I emailed Bella and arranged our stay at the hotel and Glory Legend cruise. We arrived the night before and had to stay in a sister hotel 'La Suite' not far away, wasn't really bothered by this because it was only 1 night, they gave us a executive room but when we got to it the buzzing in the room...

I stayed here for one night before heading elsewhere. Hotel is a bit expensive for what you get. The rooms are a bit dated but the staff are friendly, the breakfast was good and the pool was a big relief to escape the humidity. Only negative was a cockroach in my room (tropical country so inevitable) and one of the...

The hotel is old and in need of repairs. The air conditioning just works. Nothing like pictures on Internet. Staff very friendly and helpful. Then we find out they have a new hotel just down the road. Which we could of changed to no e tra cost. The pool is horrible and like a bath. Never again

We had been recommended this by my cousin and it was well worth it. The staff were amazing, helping us whenever we needed it and constantly making sure we were okay and if we needed directions. It was the staff that made the place for sure! The rooms were great, we had an awesome view of the city and they...

Arrived at this boutique hotel in old quarters of Hanoi. Reception staff very cheerful and welcoming, helpful to point out good restaurants, facilities. Room we booked was great. 2 large double beds and extra space. Bathroom was fine, I'm just not a fan of showers over bath, but functional. Hotel had an indoor pool which my family said was refreshing....

We had an excellent stay, we had a split stay as we went to Ha Long Bay for the night and Sapa for two, during our absence they took care of our bigger bags, washed out clothes on the house and even organised some tours for us free of charge. Amazing.

Excellent property, great location with the Old Quarter right at your doorstep and the lake, markets/shops all within easy walking distance. Property is very soundproof so easy to escape and get quiet time out the the hustle and bustle of the Old Quarter. Very clean and incredibly spacious and comfortable rooms. Breakfast menu was tasty, good range of western and...

You could easily miss this hotel as amongst a row of shops and wasn't sure when we pulled up. All the staff are lovely. Our room 206 was a large room with 2 double beds. Very clean downside it was over the pool and you could hear the generator from the pool. Breakfast was very nice cooked fresh for everyone....
