After a long day of travel we arrived at Lasiesta in Hanoi. Not only were we surprised by the level of class and cleanliness, we were blown away by the service we recieved from the staff. Thao was particularly helpful. They gave us great advice on dining, transportation,money exchange, shopping... Nearly everything! They hired us a private car to Halong Bay and even organized one back from Halong to the airport. The breakfast was much more than expected, absolutely delish. We are world travelers in some pretty luxurious places, and we were happy with our night at LaSiesta. I wouldn't suggest it as a destination place, but certainly 1 or 2 nights. We got massages too, they were very reasonably priced and felt great! PS, Thao even mailed our letter to our daughters back home for us since we ran out of time. 5 star service!! Thanks so much!!! Stayed here for 3 nights in late January. The hotel is very well done and essentially new. The staff are very accommodating overall. We visited during a cold spell in late January just after Tet and the rooms at the front were really quite cold. Because of apparent variable temperatures through the hotel, central heating was not always on. We were eventually provided with a portable electric heater and that helped make it more bearable. Otherwise our experience was very favourable. In particular, we loved the roof top bar where the staff were superb. Happy hour prices were very reasonable. Ate 1 night in the restaurant and the meal was very good although a little pricey. Many other restaurants in the immediate area of the hotel provide excellent alternatives.

We have a great stay in La Siesta , room is nice and spacious , beautiful decoration with excellent taste . Breakfast is wide choice with best Pho and yogurt home-made . Staff is more than helpful , friendly and polite that we ever met during our entier trip . We can’t wait to comeback this hotel in our next trip . Special thanks to Quan and Jen. One of the best hotels we’ve ever stayed at. Beautiful hotel and one of the most attentive hotels I’ve been to anywhere. Upon arrival they provide a very helpful map of city and provide many recommendations. They also send a message through what’s up with information and to contact if we need any help which was very nice. All the staff were so helpful and very aware. They helped receive our delayed bag in the middle of the night and notified us in the morning they received it.

We went on a trip to Hanoi for the first time during ‘Tet’ holiday. Thank you for providing the perfect service at the accommodation I reserved for the first time. Rooms are clean and well nice decorated…love this hotel very much. All staff are friendly and well trained especially ADELE (Phuong Duong) who made our stay much more enjoyable. Adele provided us a special hospitality experience and personal attention. We will choose La Siesta Premium Hang Be again for our next Hanoi visit. The staff here were very helpful and kind and it is in a good location in the Old Quarter. They got tickets to the water puppet show for cheaper than was advertised online and I was allowed a later checkout. The interior was lovely and I would enjoy staying here again.

We stayed at La Siesta hotel and wanted to go to T.U.N.G. Restaurant, we had been told by our tour rep at Audley travel he could not book a table for us as it was fully booked. We asked Thao the trainee receptionist to see if she could see if there was a cancellation for us. Thao tried to contact TUNG straight away but they were not open. She persisted throughout the day, keeping us fully informed of her progress and to our delight she got us a table. We were so thrilled as the restaurant was amazing. Thai’s efforts and communication to us was superb, she is a great asset to the hotel. We wish her well in her chosen career Deborah and Antony

My couple stayed at the hotel from 22/1 to 26/1. Every single staff member that we have encountered is very nice and helpful. Quan is a professional manager who offered recommendations on food at the Cloud Nine restaurant. An aggressive young man, full of confidence and very proud of being a member of the hotel team. Ruby is the best of the best. She is patient and friendly who tried her very best to make our stay a memorable one. She bought some shuttlecocks for me that is totally out of my expectations. She even arranged a car for my couple from the hotel to the airport when she is on HOLIDAY. This is a very special experience for us. She is a gem and asset of the hotel. Hotel is located at the heart of the Old Quarter. Breakfast at Cloud Nine is enjoyable, my couple like the Pho and french bread very much.
