One of the nicest hostels I've stayed at. I stayed in a private room, which for around 20 usd included a huge comfortable bed, a super clean room, and most importantly a shower with hot water and strong pressure. Also, the room included free snacks!

The people here are the best!! They welcome you like home, they help you with anything you need including planning trips to waking you up at 4am so you don't miss your flight. The rooms were clean, the breakfast was excellent. The coffee and tea were always available!! I would stay here again if I ever find myself back in...

This has by no doubt been the best hostel I've been to, the staff welcomed us as we walked into the door and even arranged transportation from the airport. We came with no knowledge of what we were going to do, and after talking with them for 10 minuts we got the whole week booked, and it has been perfect,...

We stayed in little hanoi hostel for a total of 2 nights. The accomodation is nice and clean like it should be. The difference is made by the receptionists Kim and Dave. They organized everything we requested (trip to Sapa, Halong Bay, open night bus) perfectly and their recommendations were very good, the trips were awesome, the food tasty and...

The staff at this hostel make travelers feel like home. They will help you with anything you need from trips to Halong Bay and Sapa to restaurant recommendations. Couldn't ask for more! We spent two nights in Cat Ba and they kept our luggage at the hostel for free. When we came back, we took a shower at the hostel...

This hostel is the best. Very helpful staff with excellent english. Short distance to everything in charming old town. They really try their best to make you comfortable. The service was outstanding. The best thing is they can help you book tours/tickets at reasonable prices with non of that "tourist-tax" nonsense. The rooms (we stayed at three different) were great...

First impressions: lovely people with a warm greeting (espec. Dave), no waiting around and professionally organised, facilitated trip to Halong Bay with no difficulties. Gave us a personalised map at every opportunity with their own culinary recommendations. Clean room, toilet did the job (although, beware fellow Westerners: no bog roll down the toilet!) and the shower was fine despite not...

This hostel is clean, comfortable and reasonably priced. But the best part about this hostel is the people at the front desk. They go out of their way to help you plan tours, trips, transportation and other accommodation. When we were out in Halong Bay looking to meet up with a tour bus all we had to do was call...

Second time staying here at little hanoi hostel (1) and is always a treat. This time a solo venture but the staff here go above and beyond with their hospitality. Rooms are also great value for money with lots of space and aircon (among lcd tv and fridge). Even got upgraded for the first night!
