Wonderful location in Hanoi. Close to a multitude of restaurants and shops. Easy and safe to all around the surrounding areas. Rooms were comfortable with good showers and strong Wi-Fi. Breakfast was good value. Staff were helpful.

The hotel was clean, even If not modern. The staff were exceptionally helpful. The stairs were a challenge after a long day sightseeing. Charming location near excellent restaurants and within walking distance from the main museums.

There is NO fitness center in such a kind of place. As far as I know, this equipment is only available in the 4*/5* hotels in Hanoi. Have a good trip to Vietnam
