Our family of 6 stayed at the Hanoi Little Town Hotel. Our hosts Mina, Anna, and Kate were wonderful, they learned everyones name upon arrival and took care of us very well. In fact as soon as we had booked they made contact with us and began to help us make arrangements for our stay. The kids loved it here,...

Our final two nights in Vietnam were in Hanoi, and a quick search of the options in the Old Quarter led us to the Little Town Hotel. We're very happy we made the choice, as the hotel was very comfortable and very well situated, and also because the staff could not have been more helpful, friendly and informative. The hotel...

Stayed here for 3 nights while exploring Hanoi. The hotel is situated in a perfect location to explore all areas of Hanoi. The facilities are basic but perfect. The staff are extremely friendly and cannot do enough for you. Would recommend the Hotel to anyone wishing to base themselves close to the action. Hanoi itself is mad. The traffic is...

Great hotel right in Old quarter. The concierge, especially Anna, was very supportive as well as Kate. They could organize some great tours to Halong Bay and Hua Lu. Main attractions of Hanoi are all within walking distance.

The concierge, especially Anna, was very helpful with all of our needs, including booking a ha long bay tour, transfer from the airport, bus tickets to our next destination, and bike rental. Everything was reasonably priced and very high quality. We absolutely loved our stay. The breakfast was delicious too. Would highly recommend to anyone looking for a...

A "no frills" guesthouse in old Hanoi. The accommodation is fair with clean rooms and acceptable breakfast. The bathroom is recently renovated as well. A special thanks is for the staff at the reception that is very useful for any of your needs.
