Our return to Hanoi was 2 days after the trip to Sapa. The room at Ritz was full and we were offered a free upgrade to the nicer room at their sister hotel. Nice, big and clean room next to the night market and Ho Chi Minh mausoleum. The breakfast in their rooftop restaurant was excellent with beautiful street views....

Stayed at this hotel 2 times. The rooms are not very big, but that is not strange for a hotel near the old centre of Hanoi. Everything was nice and very clean, beds are very soft. Staff was very friendly and the included breakfast is a small buffet with enough to choose from. Rooms are complete with AC, TV, water...

The staff made our stay extremely pleasant. They were all happy and friendly and helpful at all hours of the day (and night). Only a special sort of people could keep that energy going for such a long time. This hotel is well located within walking distance to a few touristy areas so that you are close enough to catch...

Beautiful large and clean room. The staff was excellent. They did everything to make us feel comfortable. We booked our trips to Halong bay and Sapa with them and they were amazing. We could store our luggage at the hotel for free. When we came back from Halong bay and even though we had already checked out they served us...

We got a free upgrade to the deluxe room. It was really nice. You can't go wrong for the price. The staff are also very friendly and even organise breakfast outside the hours as we were going on a tour. Thank you very much for everything.

To start the staff are very pleasant and eager to help, unfortunately they are working in a very tired hotel. We stayed in both the standard room (tiny and not clean) and the superior deluxe room #601. The deluxe room is on the corner with several windows which is nice for the light but the noise from the street was...

The staff is excellent! They put a lot of effort in to help you with all your travel and booking needs, organise taxis for you, make sure you don't get lost or ripped off. Very useful when you come from overseas and have to rely on local information. The hotel offers all facilities and comfort you need for a short...

We enjoyed our stay at the Posh Hotel. It was in an excellent position to explore the old quarter. The rooms were clean and fresh fruit was provided to your room each day. Breakfast was adequate but was mainly geared to the Asian palate. There was plenty of fresh fruit and egg dishes and bread. The staff was very helpful especially...

Just stayed in the posh hotel for a few night and really enjoyed it. Staff is friendly and helpful and the beds super comfortable. Especially enjoyed the little details as the toothbrushes, shoe Polish etc. In the room.
