Stayed 3 nights (originally 2) here in the mixed dorm room. The staff were wonderful from the moment I arrived and super helpful in me organising a trip to Halong Bay. They even accommodated for me to stay an extra night there. Only downside is there is no window in the dorm room and not really a social area, but...

From booking to checkout our experience at the Posh Hotel was fabulous. They communicated clearly and quickly. They handled our visas on arrival and pick up from the airport. Even though we arrived 2hrs later than expected(almost 1am) they greeted us warmly and showed us to our incredibly spacious room. The location is perfect. Night market close by, numerous food...

The staff at The Posh Hotel are AMAZING, from booking to check out and every moment in between. Even though or flight was an hour late, a car was waiting for us and brought us to the hotel to check in at 1am. We were warmly welcomed despite the late hour. The staff arranged our excursions to Ha Long Bay...

We had a mixed bag of hotels on our trip but this was one of the best. Staff were very welcoming, room was really lovely and clean and bed was comfy. Breakfast a was delicious and very varied buffet. There was no problem storing our luggage after we had checked out. Location is good for the old quarter and there...

I've been extended my stay in Vietnam and mainly in Hanoi and I have no words to express how helpful "Spring" (hotel manager) was for me to accommodate my need. Not only her but all the staff who works there were "super" friendly and mainly helpful. The language wasn't a barrier like in many other places most employees can understand...

Amazing staff, Spring helped us book our travels around Vietnam and the whole staff always went above and beyond to make sure we were happy with our stay. The beds are comfortable and clean and the location was great, close to the night market and lot's of restaurants. Wouldn't hesitate to recommend this hotel to anyone! Loved it

It looks nice and clean but in real its dirty and old. Had and executive room haha. Nothing executive about this room except the rose leaves on the bed. Other roses were hanging, wardrobe door could not open because of lack of space, could walk around the bed, one window had curtain, other one not. Noisy, poor breakfast.

A budget hotel in the Old Quarter. We had a very clean spacious room. Comfortable beds. On our first morning we arrived late for breakfast and they cooked us omelettes and pancakes. It was much appreciated by some seriously tired tourists! However it does pay to get up in time as there is usually very little left. We also appreciated...

I spent there 4 nights with one-day break for a Ha Long cruise in the middle of Tet holiday. Great location, just a few minute walk from Hoa Kien Lake, close to everything and everywhere. Good breakfast with exotic fruits and ordered egg based dishes giving you a kickstart for a tiring sightseeing. Clean rooms and toilets. Helping staff always...
