The place was very nice. Great location. The staff was wonderful and very helpful with my needs. They booked me a nice tour to get to Cat Ba Island. My room was very clean. I liked the restaurant at the top floor. I would eat there every morning. They helped me with a map and things I could see in...

Stayed here for 2 nights, the rooms are very good with comfy beds and good TVs. The staff are very friendly and helpful and the included breakfast buffet is good. The location is central and you can see some of Hanoi from walking. Overall great value and a nice stay.

We chose the Posh Hotel for our arrival in Vietnam (Hanoi) for our honeymoon and we received more than we could have imagined! The staff went above and beyond to make our stay comfortable. From carrying our bags to planning our trips to Sa Pa and Halong Bay. They also let us shower there when needed even when we were...

The hotel has one six bed dorm. Each bed has an electrical socket and a really large locker big enough to store even large rucksacks. Towels are provided free of charge. The room was clean and the bed comfy. The staff were great. I had to change plans due to getting sick on a trip and they were very helpful...

Posh Hotel is located near the junction which is not so congested. Nite market is so conveniently near the hotel. Once you step out of the hotel you can see it. The staff are friendly towards us. As a first time traveller to Hanoi we are comfortable with their helpfulness and friendliness. Did not rush or push us to register...

We've been upgraded to, not only just Superior, but Deluxe. And that room has to be one of the nicest hotel rooms for a 3-star that we ever stayed at. It's the tiny details that they put in their work, such as delicious welcoming coffee as soon as you step in, elephant-shaped folded towels and rose petals (lol) that made...

The room I booked looked pretty much identical to the pictures they have posted of their rooms. Bed was comfy, I had an amazing balcony with a view of the night market. The street gets shut down in front of the hotel on the weekends and turns into a night market, which you can walk along all the way to...

We felt very at home at Posh when my family stayed for 5 nights last November. Dan, River and Tuan and the rest of the staff were most accommodating and hospitable. They were ready to answer any question and refer the best places to go to, and quick to respond to requests. I especially LOVE their sumptuous breakfast every morning....

Really good value for money! Breakfast really nice and fresh and much to choose from. The bacon and baguettes was tasty. I missed salty butter though! The breakfast room has a really nice view in top of the building! The room is quite small but the bed was nice and the bathroom okey too. The hotel would have got five...
