I cannot say how thankful we are that we were able to start our Vietnam trip with heiko and lhi in Hanoi. The moment we entered we felt like home. We had the suite on the top floor and were able to enjoy lovely evenings on our balcony enjoying a view of Hanoi. Both of them were able to help...

This is a lovely intimate establishment in a fantastic location right by Hoan Kiem lake. Situated in a quiet street in the old quarter so there's no crazy road noise keeping us up yet within easy walking distance around the neighbourhood. The owner Heiko is really friendly and helpful, giving lots of pointers on where to get the best authentic...

My husband and I had a great experience. Heiko and his wife were super friendly. He even gave us money for a meal and helped us order iced coffee and pho at the restaurant next door (which I'd recommend). They offered recommendations of things to do and places to eat. Location is perfect next to the lake on a quiet...

After a long journey from Europe you need a friendly face in a new city and Heiko and his partner were those people. The room was the penthouse with views over the interesting buildings of Hanoi, really spacious, clean and comfortable. The Hotel is in the old quarter and a perfect position to get to all the fun and sights...

"Minimalist" and "Stylish" are two words to describe this unique little boutique in the heart of Hanoi. Both the top floor penthouse with impressive views and the regular apartment-like rooms with kitchenette in the floors below are tastefully appointed with dark antique-like furniture and a first rate shower. What sets this place apart though is the personalities of the wonderful...

Stayed a few months ago. Holiday in SE Asia. 4 days Hanoi. 4 Days Phnom Penh. Booked Superior Penthouse in advance. Not a bed and breakfast as no breakfast. Oddly enough the owners eat breakfast, lunch and dinner in the commons area via the local vendors but provided no insight into the local vendors. As an example, the fruit vendors...

My girlfriend and I had an extraordinary stay in the Viethouse during our stay in Vietnam! Upon arriving, we were greeted to a nice and quaint street in the heart of the old quarters. In the previous place we have stayed in the old quarters , the streets were always bustling with bikes and heavy traffic, but not here! Once...
