Please do not go to this hotel..its a bloody scam! We were taking a taxi from the airport with two other tourists who were staying at the same hotel we had originally booked and a random man jumped into our taxi. He told us that he was the manager of both hotels and that the hotel we booked was full...

After I who don't have any information about Vietnam arrived in Hanoi, we took a taxi and arrived at this hotel. The owner came to us and started to sell the travel packages. We paid expensive money than other companies( I recognized later.) but the service was terribled. The most important thing is that the owner's father(worker) entered our room...

I basically have a similar story to everyone else. Took a taxi from the airport and when we arrived at our destination a man who pretended to be affiliated with our hotel told us the hotel was overbooked but they would be happy to accommodate us at their sister hotel. When we got there, we had about 10 minutes before...

We were not staying at this hotel but were dropped here by a taxi driver which seemed odd. But the man working there looked at our booking and led us to believe that he was affiliated with the hotel we were actually staying at around the corner. He pushed us into booking tours with him and showed us a price...

Like the rest of the reviews! from the minute we stepped in the taxi something wasn't quit right! We got into central Hanoi and a random man climbed into our taxi and told us the hostel we were staying at had a twin hotel and our rooms were there! From the minute we checked in we were being sold ha...

Firstly the room was quite nice, modern, nice bathroom, and aircon, all for only $15US which was good! Sadly we didn't check TripAdvisor before staying and we too were pressured to go there by a man claiming that Camel City Hotel was full and their sister hotel was just as good. We were then invited on the tour, which we...
