It's a small hotel but offers big in every aspect. Clean rooms, comfortable beds, very friendly staff in both restaurant and front desk. Excellent breakfast! We stayed 2 nights here. Very close to probably the best Vietnamese food restaurant in Hanoi, NEW DAY restaurant. I strongly recommend!

Lovely hotel in a fantastic location, walk out he door and the Old Quarter is there to explore, food is everywhere, beer is cheap and shopping is fantastic, we spent 2 nights there a Tuesday and a Friday in different rooms and both were very good, our rooms were clean and larger than expected with everything needed but it did...

Spent one night here as part of a tour and was so impressed with the facilities and staff that I booked two further nights at the end of my tour. The staff were friendly and courteous at all times and my room was large, clean and very comfortable. On my second stay I had room 401 which is on the...

We stayed there for two nights. First, we were given room number 303. There were no windows at all, the room was therefore very dark and the shower was not working properly. The best about the hotel is the location: very central in the old town. But here comes the problem: Next to the hotel is a nightclub with very...

I stayed here twice, last Wednesday and the Tuesday just gone. The rooms were nice and mostly clean, the service was extremely friendly, but the music from nextdoor was louder than my TV until 3am. Earplugs were pointless it was so loud. If you're going to be out until that time then this is the hotel for you.

I was traveling from HKG and stayed at the Maison D'Hanoi when I was ill. The staff were so helpful and understanding I will certainly return. I had to cancel my Halong Bay cruise and fly back to Bangkok early. My room was great with fast WiFi.

The location and price was right for this hotel. However the rooms looked much older than the photos suggest. We only had a very small window that looked out on an alley and our room felt dark. The breakfast was also not very good.

We arrived here at 6am after landing in Hanoi from Ireland. The staff were great they advised us that check in wasn't until the afternoon but that they would try get us a room after 10.30am which they did and we were so greatful. The reception staff were super nice, helpful and all with good English. The night market was...
