I have stayed at this hotel many times over the years and I have always it a very comfortable and welcoming oasis right in the wonder and craziness of downtown Hanoi. It is perfectly located deep in the heart of the ancient quarter. From here you can meander the numerous alley ways of old town and easily spend a couple...

Our second stay at this fantastic hotel. We first came here in 2013 and the service, rooms and staff are still excellent. Unfortunately, we decided to return early from Sapa and this hotel was fully booked out. So we stayed at another hotel around the corner, three times the price and nice but I still missed Rising Dragon. This hotel...

The hotel was very clean and tidy, the staff were very helpful with our needs. I will be returning to this hotel or its sister hotel next time I'm in Hanoi. The daily breakfast was amazing, the hotel was located well in the centre of the old quarter.

A very memorable stay at Rising Dragon Legend for 7 nights. Having previously stayed twice in Hanoi in two of the sister hotels we were fortunate to have stayed at this great Hotel. The very friendly happy manager David Trung is outstanding and assisted with many prompt email enquiries before my arrival. Cindy and the reception staff are exceptional, always...

Extremely well located. Some rooms have no windows but manage to feel light and airy. Free tea and coffee available all day. Good breakfast and generous portions. The reason to stay here though are the staff. We we're recommend this hotel for that reason and couldn't agree more. It was our honeymoon & when they found out we arrived into...
