The rooms are basic yet clean and good value . Staff are friendly and go above and beyond to ensure your stay in Hanoi is hassle free and enjoyable. They even help you organise further trips in Vietnam. Location is perfect, close to lake, restaurants and cafes and bars. Can't recommend enough!

This hotel has everything going for it - excellent location, cleanliness, fast & free wifi connection, free breakfast (choice of Western or Vietnamese), and so much more, but the absolute best part about it was the staff who were extremely friendly and helpful and speak perfect English. Great place for budget price. Great staff and breakfast and good rooms with air con. Recommended A class tours for Halong bay and it was worth the money if you're looking for more luxurious cruise. We had our 2-year old daughter and it was no problem at all. In the heart of old town Hanoi and close to everything,
