The rooms are lovely, clean and spacious. The breakfast was good and the location was great for accessing everything in Hanoi! The main thing was the staff though. They could not have been more helpful and made our stay there one of the best we had.

This hostel is amazing. Handsome Dave, the man working reception, was the absolute best when it came to customer service - and always done with a smile! He helped us book our halong bay trip, our bus to Hoian, and he made sure we got the best price (better then most others we talked to!). The breakfast was great, and...

My partner and I stayed at this hotel for our first night in Vietnam. We weren't sure what to expect but when we arrived the staff were very helpful, and our room had been upgraded to a larger room! The staff helped me with my bags up to the 4th floor, and our room was very big with a balcony...

Well located hostel in Hanoi old quarter. Staff were helpful in organising bits and pieces. Our room was on the 6th of 7th floor (which felt like an ETERNITY with no lift) but otherwise nice rooms. Shame the hot water didn't work and the toilet didn't flush properly me but doesn't seem others had that problem. Nice breakfast of eggs...

The hotel and us had a bit of a rough start. Due to a delayed flight we arrived an hour later at the airport where we were picked up by a hotel taxi. Not cool for the cab driver that he had to wait, but not really something that was our fault. While checking in at the hotel the reception...

My boyfriend and I had a wonderful few days here in March. The staff were so helpful and kind, especially 'Handsome Dave' who always greeted us with a friendly smile and went out of his way to help, he even arranged for a cake to be brought for my boyfriends birthday! The rooms are large and spacious the only downside...

Good hostel, great breakfasts. The dorm room is on the 5th floor which is a bit of a trek but large room, clean, comfortable and beds made daily. I spoke to the owner too over the phone on my arrival at the airport who was very polite and efficient, organising a pick up within 30 minutes. The staff are friendly...

Reason 1: the rooms are amazing. Really clean (turndown service every day), really new with comfortable beds. If you sleep in a dorm, the only downside is that you have to share the bathroom (toilet, sink and shower in one room) with 8 other people. So that requires a little bit of patience every now and then. Reason 2: the...

Upon reading review in TripAdvisor we made a request - away from Rm101! Thanks to the staff for cooperating - we were upgraded to a family room with a window!!! The room and facilities are more than adequate as we were overnighting. Great location in the Old Quarter. Satisfactory breakfast. Pity a staff recommended lunch at a cafe - empty...
