Nice hotel and they offered to pick us up from the airport for $20 which was handy. We arrived late in the evening and left early the next morning so can't comment on location but the hotel itself was lovely, the rooms were nice, comfortable and clean and the breakfast was buffet style so there was a good selection.

Angel Palace Hotel is quite strategically located to all interesting sites within the Old Quarters of Hanoi. No worry about food or things to do as they're all walking distance away. Rooms are comfortable and not too noisy even though it's very near key Hanoi streets. A very good choice as a base to explore Hanoi!

The facilities were up to date and clean. The rooms were pretty modern. It was kind of a gem in middle of the dirty busy city. The staff were very friendly and helpful when needed. Breakfast was very good and they even accommodated when I had to run out the door quickly by letting me grab a handful of food....

From the reviews, I expected this to be a little hidden gem, but it turned out to be a big disappointment. Rooms are large, but in dire need of an upgrade. Our shower leaked all over the bathroom floor, and throughout the night there was a smell of damp/ urine in the room The second night we were moved to...

Easy to find, lovely reception and staff. Hotel clean and well presented. Only downside was no window due to design of hanoi houses . However this worked to our advantage as was extremely quiet. Comfy room, just needed an extra pillow . Recommend fully as loved being in old quarter

We stayed 1 night at this hotel. There are many hotels in hoan kiem looks similar, but I think this hotel has good value than price. The room was big and clean, also comfortable. My parents loved the room. Location is near hoam kiem, can reach there within 10mins by foot. Breakfast is also okay.
