Overall my stay at Daewoo Hanoi was reasonably OK. While the room was a bit shabby at the edges it checks off on all the main points and made my stay reasonably comfortable. Check-in was smooth and without incident. The room was odour free and had plenty of room to lay down your luggage while still being able to freely...

Loved staying in the hotel, an oasis away from hanoi very busy hustle and bustle, staff and management are wonderful and extremely friendly, the rooms are very big but the interiors are tired and the hotel would be awesome if it did an update. Pool and garden is awesome and has a great Japanese restaurant

We arrived in Hanoi on 10 March and had expected to stay at the New Hotel II. Unfortunately this hotel let us down badly and we had to find somewhere else. This meant walking down the street in search of somewhere. We walked into the Daewoo and whilst we couldn't afford to stay we received fantastic service from the team...

there are two rows of rooms - one facing the small lake and the other facing 6 lanes of a very busy road. I had a room on the 10th floor facing the road and the traffic was very noisy. not condusive for quiet stay,

Had only an overnight stay at this hotel as part. It is a nice hotel that is rated five stars but you have to take this rating in the context of the surroundings. In other words do not expect the same level with a five star hotel in US, Dubai or top European metropolis but good services and profesional staffs.

Hotel is old and feels tired, but is comfortable and the staff are friendly. The food is good in the hotel also. The rooms are good sized, but the bathrooms are quite dated and felt a bit tired. Sir heads were horrible. The bed was large and reasonably comfortable. Wifi was good with modems in each room.

This is a large hotel with bustling development all around. A new hotel and shopping complex across the way, intersections all around which are extremely difficult for the untrained pedestrian, noise and construction dust, many restaurants in the area, etc. It was probably one of the early fancy hotels, and the building has that really solid feeling. The lobby is...

We had 2 suites; each had a bedroom, a sitting room, and two bathrooms. Very comfortable. But: 1) Booked a twin room (I was traveling with my 30 y.o. son), On check-in was told that they don't have twin room suites.... only king beds. Clearly that was not an option. Housekeeping brought in a roll-away bed and made it up....
