It's a quite small hotel with not much hype about its location and ambience but suitable for couples who want to experience the streets of Vietnam and don't really focus on the facilities of the hotel. Rooms are good enough for a comfortable stay but ACs take Long to cool the room. Staff are very friendly and willing to help.

Me and my boyfriend stayed here initially for two nights for our time in Hanoi. After having a nightmare at the airport, the hotel helped us out so much which I couldn't thank them enough for! Very helpful and welcoming from the start, the receptionists and the bell boys were fantastic, very helpful! We ended up booking our Ha Long...

Staff friendly on reception. Good location with a short walk to the Lake. We were a group of 9 with four rooms including one family room. Rooms were basic with water heater halfway out of bathroom ceiling but otherwise comfortable. Family room was dire - too small with only glass separating shower/toilet from bathroom. Not much choice for breakfast and...

We were 2 families of 4 & stayed on levels 3 & 4 which gave us an entire floor per family, kids in 1 room & us in another room, which was great. Although the rooms were a little bit tired, the staff made the stay incredible. Nothing was too much to ask for & they even walked me to...

Our stay with Rising Dragon was great. Excellent location in the middle of the Old Quarter, a short walk from the lake with shops, restaurants and street food easily accessible. Very clean, with a wide and delicious selection for breakfast. The staff were friendly and accommodating and were very helpful in organising trips to Ha Long Bay etc. Would definitely...

My favourite thing about the hotel was the extremely welcoming staff. We were greeted by a receptionist who sat down with us, gave us a map and told us all the places to see, how to get to them, places to eat etc. Whenever we needed any assistance, the staff were always eager to help. We were also able to...

They showed us some main places for visiting, eating and shopping. Make us feel like home. I like noodle soup in Bat Dan and Bun Bo Nam Bo in Hang...

This hotel had very pleasant staff and they were extremely helpful ! However we were given a box room, we aren't fussy but some people might not appreciate this and want something a little bigger with a window. Location was good. Enjoyed the little restaurants and the lake is a must go ! Was nice to be away from the...
