Recently I stayed here, it was a basic room, but that is not a complaint, only when on business do I stay in better hotels. From the moment I checked in, every request I made was attended to immediately. Not only did the Sales Manager (Nguyen Thi Nguyet) assist with the tour bookings, the staff (who spoke good quality English)...

Reasonable price but the room is small. We found the bed sheet with sand but we tell the staff and they change the bed sheet for us. Online price review is cheaper unless you know how to bargain. Supervisor name polly is friendly. Overall is ok

We booked a standard room at Mai Hotel online not knowing much about Hanoi, but for $20 US and the pictures on the website, it seemed a no brainier to the many cheaper $10 hostel-hotels in the area. We couldn't have been happier! Upon arrival, the staff spoke wonderful English, offered to help us with anything we wanted to do...

I've stayed at Mai Hotel on two different occassions. Pros: Price Location Internet Room Cleanliness Room Size Cons: Noise if you're on the front side of the hotel can sometimes be annoying I will continue to stay there when I'm in Hanoi. Decent buffet breakfast. Good hot water. Highly recommend it.

What more can you ask for. It cost under £15 a night for a huge room with king size bed settee and table in the bedroom. Nice large corner bath with shower and plenty of hot water. Sky TV with a movie channel if you fancy a chill in your room. Walk out the reception door straight onto awesome street...

Clean, cheap hotel with comfortable beds, plenty of hot water, good wi-fi, reasonable breakfast, good laundry service but most of all friendly and competent staff. Probably better rate if hotel approached directly although one should pay in cash.

We stayed at the Rolls Royce room which is a 2 room suite with a jet jacuzzi and very cool Deco! Service was excellent and very friendly staff! Located in the city centre and an easy walk to many tourist locations. Highly recommended!

I've traveled Vietnam rather extensively and I really liked this hotel. It was clean and comfortable. Bathroom was nice too, and the breakfast was great. There was a safe, lots of nearby places to see and the staff were gracious, very kind and humble. They arranged cabs and transfers numerous times without problem. Lovely people. NOW. The hotel massage and...
