We stayed for 2 nights over New Year 2015. The staff is outstanding, extremely friendly and helpful - going out of way to accommodate your needs (giving last minute family room at same rate, getting taxis/ booking restaurants). Hotel location is excellent – in the heart of Hanoi old quarters. The rooms are spacious, clean, with basic amenities like water,...

My husband and i took up the retreat package for couples in Dec' 14 (hotel stay + 2days 1night at Halong Bay). The whole trip was well arrangement from the moment we arrived Noi Bai airport. The staff are extremely friendly and helpful and with a cheerful smile and greeting every morning. The hotel and room are clear and well...

We stayed for 3 nights over Christmas 2014. The staff were outstanding, extremely friendly and helpful - without their service I would not have given such a high rating. Our room was a junior suite, it was comfortable and spacious enough for two, bathroom was quite small but clean, balcony was meant to have panoramic views of the city but...

Very well presented, clean and comfortable hotel. The star here is the staff who were perfect. Greeted us by name and were so friendly every day! Shower was very pretty and creative in the way they set it up. Air con worked fabulously and hotel was in a good location - we walked pretty much everywhere.

We stayed at this hotel before and after our trip to Sa Pa, for a total of 4 nights, and can't recommend it enough. Of highest commendation is the staff friendliness and service ethos. We are a family with 4 kids, and had the double floored penthouse, which was excellent. Breakfast was something everyone looked forward to each morning, so...

Where to begin with Hanoi Moment II--THE most kind staff, great stylish rooms, ideal location. The hotel is right in the heart of the old quarter, and we found it to be a perfect location--we walked everywhere and were close to great restaurants, markets, and street food. Most notable, however, is the staff. They are amazingly nice, eager to help,...

We stayed 3 nights and could not rate this hotel highly enough. From the initial booking confirmation and emails recommending trips nothing was too much trouble for them. They arranged airport transfers, booked our Halong Bay trip, stored our bags when we were travelling to other places, even sent a member of staff to purchase tickets for the water puppet...

Spent 2 weeks in Vietnam and staying at Hanoi Moment 2 hotel was a definite highlight of the full trip! It's situated in a perfect location in the Old Quarter. Welcome drinks on arrival and we were then introduced to the most accommodating and friendly staff in all of Vietnam! Special mention to the lovely Kathy who couldn't have been...

A great hotel in a great location - close to everything. The rooms were spacious (stayed in a junior suite) and had everything we needed. But it was the staff that really made our stay so much more memorable. From the time we booked and planned our trip (at least 6 months out), Ms Thao helped us with everything -...
