Located in the Old Quarter, this hotel is on a less busy street that is amazingly close to every site in the area. It is definitely a boutique hotel that needs a little updating in spots but, the bed is comfortable, television variety plentiful, and breakfast included. My friend also used the laundry service (express) which was finished to perfection...

This is a wonderful 3 star hotel in a wonderful location in Old Hanoi....walking distance to many restaurants, attractions and the lake. The hotel has a typical buffet breakfast, staff is excellent....bellhops are very helpful.....desk is excellent plus they speak English quite well. This would be the least favourite so far in Vietnam. It is very central and as a result they shut the streets for three blocks on Friday Saturday & Sunday so we were greeted with a three block walk with our suitcases over rough ground in the rain to get to the hotel. Not pleasant at 10pm. The room is...

Overall this was a solid experience. The rooms were slightly larger than other hotels we saw in Hanoi. The location was very good--close to the lake and St. Joseph's Cathedral. The street was not as busy as others so that was nice. The bathrooms were spacious. We had a bit of difficulty with the wifi in the hotel room. The...

The location of this hotel is it's one redeeming feature. Our hotel room was incredibly noisey, with scraping chairs, yelling in the hallway and crashing plates - we both went to buy earplugs to get to sleep the second night. I have also killed five baby cockroaches in the room since being here. You could definitely find better value for...

Centrally located hotel, near Lake and old town. Staff are very friendly. On first night we didn't get deluxe room for some reason but for other two nights we did get what we booked. Standard room is small, narow and dark so is bathroom. Deluxe rooms are dark but specious and with huge 2.4 m bed. Breakfast was ok.

Booked Deluxe room, City view (Free upgrade). No view due to building next door, ha this building is not new in fact it's rather few years old so why advertise what you cannot supply, as for the upgrade...Dream On. We are here for 5 nights so would expect something better than what we have. Was also sucked in by the...
