Hotel is perfectly situated in old quarter of Hanoi. The prices are good and is very near to the lake. Rooms are very clean and beds are very comfortable. Overall a nice place to stay in old district of Hanoi

We had a wonderful room with city view, spotlessly clean, very comfortable room. The staff is exceptional, very lovely comfortable atmosphere, excellent service and quite reasonably priced. The restaurant buffet breakfast is wonderful, plentiful and delicious, very tasty & presented very well. We stayed only two nights but the location was excellent. This is obviously a very well run hotel... More

It is hard to fault this hotel. It is situated in a good (but quiet) position in the Old Town. The staff are exceptionally friendly and efficient, the breakfast is good, and the room I stayed in was comfortable and clean. The hotel is also very good value. I had one or two problems with the free Wi-Fi but nothing... More

View from our room was great. Very clean, comfortable and professional staff. All the appliances and entertainment amenities in the room were great. Great staff and Food and Beverage outlets were great also. I highly recommend this hotel!

I had caught a virus and after being discharged from hospital I just couldn't stand another night at my hostel feeling as badly as I did. From the moment I arrived they looked after so well, they let me check in early because they could see I was sick, they brought me drinks and showed genuine compassion and understanding towards... Stayed for 3 nights, our first stop in Vietnam. Located right in the heart of the old quarter and in a main street food area. The hotel staff were really helpful, very good basic English spoken. The room was clean, albeit small, however, we booked the most basic room so have no complaints here. Free bottled water each day, fruit... More

If you love being in the heart of Vietnamese life, then this is the hotel for you. Food street in right in the doorstep and open 24/7. I had a room on the 5th room and although I could here the busy street below I could hear the train passing by and blaring it's horn at 5:30am. The hotel is... More

We spent three nights here before travelling southward by train. One of my reasons for choosing this hotel was that it is reasonably close to Ga Ha Noi (Hanoi Station). It took us about 10 minutes to walk to the station with baggage; it would probably have taken longer by taxi given traffic conditions and the one-way streets in Hanoi.... More

We stayed here at Hanoi Sky Hotel for 5 nights and loved every minute of our stay here. We stayed in both the superior and deluxe rooms and both were very clean, comfortable. There were tea and coffee making facilities, and a mini bar with various cold drinks. Fresh fruit was replaced each day. We slept very well in both... More
