We stayed for 5 nights at New Vision. The staff was friendly and welcoming. We were thrilled when they upgraded our room. We loved the separate shower stall, high ceilings, small balcony and the large room. Kate was very helpful, and we enjoyed the Halong Bay cruise she booked us on. The breakfast buffet, which was included in the room...

We stayed at the New Vision Hotel in Hanoi for 9 days. We had a wonderful time. The staff was very, very friendly and accommodating. The room was very clean and the bed was comfortable. The hotel is located in the perfect spot. We walked everywhere and felt we were centrally located. Definitely was impressed. Great value for the money....

This is a great hotel in the middle of the city centre of Hanoi. Even that it's in the city centre the rooms are very quite. Good breakfast, clean room and every day fresh fruit. Very nice and coöperative staff, they even upgrate your room when possible.

The hotel is right in the centre of the old town so everything is in walking distance. Plus they gave us a map when we arrived so we were able to sightsee as we wished. The staff were extremely welcoming and helpful, though the hotel itself seemed a little run down. The breakfast spread could have been better to cater...

Very friendly staff, good breakfast. Room was good. Hot water and AC was good. Lights went out a couple times but that didn't bother us. The staff was very helpful with directions and activities in Hanoi.

Very helpful friendly staff-good English. Hotel old building but clean & ok. Big room, with kettle & tea / coffee but no free water. Breakfast really good. Good price if booked with Agoda in promotion but walk in prices way too expensive. Tours & taxi prices offered at the hotel too expensive, shop around the hundreds of tour shops for...

I have to say, the service and hospitality is worth 5 stars whereas the hotel itself only worth 3 stars. The services are beyond expectation from a budget hotel. The staffs are really friendly and kindly assist us in most situations such as calling our tour operators to ensure a punctual pick up, providing us great recommendations of places to...

The hotel is situated at a good location in the middle of Old quarters. Good walking distance to the attractions nearby. I even tried walking from the Train station to the Hotel for about 20mins and it's quite reasonable I guess. The room I stayed at is nothing fancy but I am not a fussy traveller. As long as it...

I mistakenly booked this hotel for 11th March rather than 11th Feb as I intended to having only realised when coming back from a Halong Bay tour to Hanoi (where the shuttle bus would drop me off). I knew the booking was non-refundable but asked my tour guide to explain my error over the phone. Initially the hotel advised the...
