Rated very high on TripAdvisor, but don't be fooled by the high ratings in thinking that you've found yourself a cheap palace. It's fair/good value for expensive Hanoi, but you get what you pay for- a small room with a slither of a non-opening window, with a fairly stagnant smelling, airless bathroom. It was fine- clean and everything, but is...

Friendly little hotel with clean rooms and bedding. Breakfast isn't anything to write home about but has the basics to set you up for the day. The hotel can be a little noisy from the road, bury that's Hanoi for you. We stayed in the back set of rooms on the 5th level and the noise from the road didn't...

When you enter the hotel, the atmosphere is from the beginning very friendly. Everybody asks how you are or is helpful. And the rooms and especially the bathrooms are bright and stylish. Also the breakfast is delicious. The small citymap from the hotel is very useful and easy to read. If you want to book something, people are competent and very...

Arrived in Hanoi from Halong Bay tour having not booked anywhere to stay. Arrived Tu Linh's sister hotel (The Little Hanoi Hostel), and though there was no room, we were kindly shown to Tu Linh and given two twin rooms at a very reasonable $20 each. Rooms were clean, staff very accommodating and helpful, shower was very hot and extremely...

From the moment your cab pulls up, to the moment you leave, the staff do all they can to make your stay comfortable and enjoyable. I recommend emailing ahead and having the hotel arrange pickup at the airport, we flew in from Canada, found our taxi driver waiting at the airport doors with our name on a sign, and took...

Stayed here end of June, level 5, reception were friendly and helpful. Rooms were very hot, air con was moderate, it never really got room down to temperature. Even on top floor fairly noisy, okay through the night but early morning street sounds and works started. Okay hotel for the price though, easy walking around old quarter. Breakfast wasn't provided...

The staff at Tu Linh Palace were so accommodating, anything we needed they helped with and even when my friend wasn't feeling well the staff brought her to the pharmacy to explain what she needed. The rooms were clean, nicely decorated, the beds comfortable, and the breakfast was great w/ the Vietnamese coffee (they even made us Iced ones to...

Me and my brother just spend 5 days in Vietnam and spend 2 night in The Tu Linh Hotel. I was surpised with the great service and nice room, if you consider the low price of the rooms. The room was clean, not too big, but good enough. The service is great! Staff is really helpful and offered us multiple...
