Stayed four nights at Tu Linh Palace Hotel. The rooms are clean, the beds are very comfortable. Bathrooms are great, lots of hot water and plenty of towels. The breakfast is ok, nothing special, but perfectly fine for the price. Our room didn't have a window, it didn't matter for us, but might be good to know when booking the...

Fantastic staff, helping and welcoming. Offering a great breakfast with lots of choices. The location as well is ideal in the vibrant Old Quarter of Hanoi. The room was very clean and well equiped with international cable TV on big screen / aircon / Kettle / nice bathroom and off course great WIFI. They even have a computer for their...

Pros: great location, most staff were friendly & helpful (especially the females!), breakfast included, airport transfers available, good lifts and wifi, air conditioning and TV in room. Cons: ants in our room, window didn't close properly letting in the sounds and smells of the street below, mouldy bathroom, transparent glass on parts of the bathroom wall reducing privacy, shower broken...

Check in and Check out was very easy - they even let me keep my luggage there overnight as i was going for a cruise and back for another night. Rooms may be a bit old but still well kept and clean. Only downside may be the traffic sound as the hotel is located at the corner of a junction....

Overall a good choice, central location, friendly staff, clean room, excellent WiFi, heating /aircon working properly. Downside, Rooms without window are a bit smelly(especially the bathroom);average breakfast. I would stay here again but maybe in a room with window.

Nice hotel in the old quarter five minutes walk from the lake. Clean and quiet room with great shower and comfortable bed. Friendly staff who speak good English . Would have given it a five but for a dodgy mix up with the taxi tot he airport.

Tu Linh Palace Hotel has a great location in The Old Quarter and was an incredibly affordable stay with the benefit of not being a hostel. Private room was comfortable and clean with the only negatives being that it didn't have a window and being on the 1st floor meant that morning preparations in the kitchen / dining room could...

We stayed in 3 different rooms in this hotel as we kept returning to hotel after 2 day excursions. All rooms are very good size, really big and comfy beds, nice bathroom although having the bathroom as seen in picture often made room smell damp Cheaper rooms are the better rooms as they are away from the busy street, although...

We showed up here from the street without any booking and were nicely offered to look at a room. The rooms were nice and the shower was warm and strong. Breakfast was good to. It is a little bit away from the main areas we liked but only 5-10min walk past shops. Hotel offered to keep bags during the day...
