We stayed here for one night (thank god it was only one night!) in August 2016. The rooms look nothing like the pictures as you can see from my photos. The rooms are dirty, smelly and old beyond repair. The bathroom was old and very dirty. Breakfast was very poor with a limited choice. We have been travelling through SE...

The remote of air conditioner broken at the 4th day. I heard some mouses ran over the bathroom ceiling and the ceiling was broken. No safety box and laptop inside the room as previous room (I moved once because I had checked out to go to Halong Bay). They never changed the bedcover sheet for five nights, even I asked...

By far, this is one of the best western and affordable food tat we can find around the Old Quarter Street. Spag Bolognese is super awesome tasty! and the chicken nuggets are not that oily at all. We love the food here. We also found out that chef is only 17 years old! Super talented.

We were excited to start our Vietnam trip with our first stop being in Hanoi and more specifically, Hotel Amanda. The hotel is located in the hyper-busy, bustling, buzzing old quarter and is well located for good food and drink whilst also benefiting from being directly opposite a small westernised supermarket (Circle K). The road that Hotel Amanda is on...

The breakfast is so good you never want to miss it and it sets you right for the rest of the day. The staff went above and beyond to make our stay...

We booked four rooms here and the pictures looked good however upon arrival the rooms were not ready, at night time the ceiling was leaking, rooms were not to a two star! Very poor decorated and not worth the stay at all. Avoid avoid at all cost!

Great hotel for the price you pay, in every way happy with this hotel..we would definitely come back. The hotel manager is a great person, super friendly and always willing to help. The day we left in the evening we get towels and could use the shower. Breakfast is good and even when it's busy outside, we could sleep quiet!

Unfortunately we only stayed 2 nights.!!! This is a really good value for money hotel in the heart of the old quarter and yet close to the city centre. Our triple room was clean and large enough for my wife and I (double Bed) and our adult daughter..(single bed.) There is an elevator which was great for us as we...
