Rooms were was made of wood and very clean.They upgraded our booking from standard to superior without any charge.
Room was equipeed by computer with internet. Staffs were nice and helpful.
They helped us to organise our tour to Halong bay and Tam Coc.

I have previously stayed at the Hanoi Style Hotel in Hanoi (37 Ma May Street) and want to book accommodation for Sept 2014. It's confusing trying to book as the name seems to have changed. Has the name of the hotel changed? If it has, what is it now called?
