Very helpful, available at any time (arrival early morning), very complete and typical breakfast (bahn my, fruit, coffee, tea, ...) the rooms are simple but useful, air conditioning, refrigerator. Very good value for money! I highly recommend.

A really great Hostel in Hanoi! The staff was really friendly and they organized my stay in Vietnam really well. They set me up with really great tours and I had an amazing time. I also lost my Kindle and they tracked down a tour company to get it back. THEN they found people returning to Canada and asked them...

This place is slightly more expensive than the absolute budget hostel but it is so worth it. The rooms are really nice and extremely clean. They have free coffee, tea and fruit downstairs, The Staff are very friendly. And as others have mentioned it is a fantastic location. Right in the city without being at all noisy, so refreshing. Do...

I'm very picky about where we stay and this place exceeded my standards! Everything was SO clean and put perfect in place. The shower had great water pressure with both hot and cold water, and the air conditioner worked great as well. We stayed on the the fifth floor in the double room and had great views of the city/...

Staff here were lovely - very friendly and helpful - cannot fault them at all. They called our tour company to check everything was sorted for our pick up etc. Rooms are basic but clean and they provide you with free drinking water and wafers! There's also a free breakfast which is nice enough and free tea/coffee/fruit. The homemade lemonade...

5/5! we stayed here twice. very friendly/helpful receptionist who always made us feel welcome. nicely furnished rooms with a flatscreen TV (lots of English movie channels) the location was the best part, right on the hoan kiem lake. as travellers on a budget this hostel was luxury for us. couldn't believe how cheap it was. best hostel in Hanoi!

We planned on staying 4 nights, using it as a base while we visited sapa and halong bay, but we quickly canceled what we could after the first night and rebooked with another boutique hotel nearby where we got much more value and much nicer lodging for just a few bucks more. We were first put on the 5th floor...

This was the third time that I have stayed in the Little Hanoi Hostel 2, and it was just as good as all the others. This time I had a companion who stayed with me and we had five nights and then three nights in the hostel. Initially we stayed in the twin rooms and then after a three day...

Little Hanoi Hostel was one of the best places I stayed during my trip. From the moment my friend and I walked in, we we're warmly greeted by the staff and offered water and fruit. The guy at the front desk immediately sat down with us to book our next couple days in Hanoi and did not hesitate to make...

For me, accommodation is all about location first as I spend most of my time outdoors when travelling. I went there solo for 1 night and I'm in my late 20s for context. Location - in an alley in Hanoi's Old Quarter, door-to-door with housing of locals which gives it a very authentic feel that I liked. Immediate surrounding offers...
