Little Hanoi 2 is a great base for exploring central Hanoi. It's not in the hustle and bustle of the old quarter, but its not too far either. The rooms were clean, and the breakfast, tea, coffee and fruits were sufficient to start the day. We had some hiccups, a leaking AC unit forced us to change rooms, and one... More

Can't believe comment about unhelpful staff. I feel I must respond. The staff at Hanoi 2 are amazing. Nothing is too much trouble & they go out of their way to assist you. Even making sure they carry your luggage up & down. We've been Hanoi 2 twice & we're treated same on both occasions. As for hotel, the location... More

First off, I highly recommend coordinating your airport pick up with the hostel ahead of time. It's $15 and much cheaper than taking a taxi that will most definitely try to rip you off. Not too much to say about the hostel itself - it was basic but very clean and more than enough space for what we needed. The... More

Our room at 4th floor and they said will help us to bring the suitcases up and down but the staff seemed reluctant. The room is tiny and crowded with furniture. Good thing about this hotel is the breakfast is quite good.

Great hostel, the staff is amazing. They were all friendly and willing to help in any way they could i.e. taxi's, trips etc. Tam treated us like family from the moment we got there. Location is excellent, right by the lake and many sites. Breakfast was good and the rooms were basic and clean.

Have recently stayed here for six nights and we have booked two future visits. It's a really wonderful small hotel/guesthouse. The staff were all fantastic - very friendly, happy and helpful, all of the time. Special mention for Tam who, from the moment she met us for the first time, when our taxi stopped outside, and greeted us like we... More

We stayed 4 nights in this hostel. The staffs are very helpful offering open coffee/tea and fruits at our arrival and during our stay. The location is perfect close to the city centre but quiet and the rooms are clean.

It is not a hotel it is a hostel, but the way the management treats you... you feel like at home. First the place is nothing great in terms of architecture. The rooms are small but very comfortable. There is no lift so trudging up 5 flights can take your breath away. Having said this ... the hostel is bang... More

Free fresh fruits and cofee or tea 24 hours. All help you need. Nice clean rooms and bathroom. Simple but comfortable. The recepsionist "Tam" is FANTASTIC. I... More
