So nice we booked another night, though mainly because our 1 full day was a Friday and all museums are closed so needed another day but loving the hotel. The room we have is a standard double with a window which is quite small but absolutely fine as clean white bedding & towels, good shower, tea & coffee making facilities,...

We stayed nine nights in three different rooms and found the service from all staff highly commendable, especially Hieu the manager who went out his way to assist when my wife was robbed at Hanoi station. Mr Bi at the travel desk was also charming when we required alterations to travel plans within Vietnam. The rooftop resto is cute with...

The room was pleasant though a tad noisy. Breakfast were very good and because the dining area was small it didn't feel like one of those large hotel buffets where you have to jostle with the other guests in the omelette line! We also enjoyed several meals on the 7th floor terrace restaurant. The staff, to a person, were friendly...

The room was excellent, very clean, spacious and great value. The hotel also had a roof top restaurant which had excellent views of the city and the food was to a...

We had a great stay! And cane back again after our Ha Long Bay trip. Excellent service and very clean. Rooms are no too big but got everything you need. Staff was very helpful. It is situated in a nice quiet street and very easy to move around in the old quarter. Great place to stay for a city trip!

Location was great, walking distance to most attractions in the Old Quarter area. Rooms are not huge, but they are nice and cozy. A slightly awkward bathroom with clear glass, but the bathroom has a curtain to pull. Good breakfast in the morning. Free wifi, the staff was excellent. We stayed 1 night and then went to Halong Bay, planing...

We recently stayed at this property for 4 nights and are very satisfied. This hotel has good location about 10-15 minutes walking from the hustle and bustle of lake area and the busy market lanes which helps in a way that you can leisurely walk to most attraction around the the lake area/ shopping lanes whilst you are not disturbed...

We stayed here for 3 nights left for a night to go and see halong bay and returned for another night. We arrived late on our first night and was greeted by welcoming and friendly staff. They explained the hotels facilities and a gave a brief overview of the surrounding area. This was a great introduction to Hanoi for us....
