Comfortable room, staff were always friendly and accommodating. I don't ask for anymore. A little bit of a walk to the Old Quarter, but taxis were plentiful and inexpensive so not a problem. The pool area was nothing special but then again I did not come to Hanoi to go swimming !

Excellent interior and cleanliness, great service and very good value! I stayed here for three nights and couldnt be more happy. If you are looking for a nicer and comfortable stay in Hanoi this is a very recommendable hotel. I didnt mind the location, which is a 10-15 min. walk from the Old Quarter. Nice and more or less quite new hotel, friendly staff, rooms okay, location okay, needs about 15 minutes walking to get to lake. Variety of food for breakfast, but could a litle more creative. Would come again.

This hotel is in such a lovely location, you feel you're in Vietnam rather than stuffed in a tourist corner yet it's not a far drive from all the souveniers you could want. The hotel is beautifully clean and the staff are extremely helpful, always making sure you have an address card for an easy return and willing to help...

We are staying at the hotel as part of a private tour. For the overall for price the quality of this hotel was a pleasant surprise. Not the best location in Hanoi but I'm sure the price goes up considerably the closer you are to the old quarter or the quality drops quickly to dodgy backpacker standard. You're a good...

I've reviewed this excellent modern hotel on a number of occasions, but since I return regularly and have just come back from a month-long stay (December-Jan) I want to say yet again how consistently happy I've been with the facilities and service. The staff make a tremendous effort to be courteous and super-helpful, and what's on offer compares very favourably...

Stayed in this hotel for four days during our last visit to Hanoi. Excellent facilities. Very guest friendly. Front desk staff fabulous. Concierge staff very helpful. Speaks English very well. Helped us in every facet, providing directions, getting Taxis, very good wifi at rooms without any cost. Restaurant and room services are very reasonably priced. Highly recommended.
