Great location, friendly and customer service focused staff. The rooms were clean and hotel had free wifi. Breakfast each morning was included in our stay and the menu had a wide variety of options to choose from. We also booked a walking city food tour and it was outstanding. It was a private tour, and we were absolutely stuffed by...

Great location in Hanoi the hotel is both close to the hustle and bustle. The rooms are comfortable, stylish and remarkably clean. The staff, always friendly and attentive, is of a great professionalism. The breakfast, prepared and served on request is excellent! The value for money is optimum. We will definitely come back.

Had really enjoyable staying there for 3 nights. Staff was really nice and helpful. They arranged resonably priced transport from airport to hotel. We also booked one day trip to Halong Bay via this hotel. Hotel was really decent-priced comparing to what you get: Modern hotel with perfect location, good breakfast and awesome staff!

I spent days on Trip Advisor and reading reviews until I decided to book the Hanoi Elite Hotel for our 4 day stay in Hanoi. As soon as I booked our stay, the GM sent me an email to ask if he could arrange in advance for us. He ended up booking our Halong Bay boat cruise (great recommendation!) and...

My only issue would be no elevator. Had to walk up six flights of stairs the first night and was then moved to the fourth floor. Other than this (which would be huge for some), everything else was perfect. Room is well appointed. Excellent snacks provided. Modern shower with a nice selection of toiletries provided. And I can't say enough...

Hotel tucked away 50m down an alleyway right in the heart of street food area of Old Quarter. No taxi access but extremely helpful staff carried bags to/from waiting taxis. Hotel has very small footprint with 11 rooms on 6 floors with no lift and steep/narrow stairs. Small reception area doubles up as breakfast room (for max 8 guests at...
