I walked in recommended by a friend. The owners are very nice and accommodating, they understand the value of good customer service and this is what makes this hotel stand out above other places you might be considering in Hanoi. The owner serves as a concierge I think. Suites are very clean, spacious and beautifully decorated. The hotel is in...

Really enjoyed my stay at the Symphony hotel. Although the rooms were quite small they were very clean and comfortable. My only concern is there was a gecko in our room the first night and I'm not sure how it got there. There was a hole in the wall of our room which was a bit concerning. Overall for the...

We booked this room after searching a low-budget double room in Hanoi. Despite its low price, the deluxe room of 5th floor was indeed deluxe and clean. There was even a laptop in the room for us. It is a new small hotel with all the comforts of any big one, that satisfied us. Excellent value for price. But, don't...

The rooms were lovely - albeit on the small side, but modern, clean and comfortable. Staff spoke exceptional English and went out of their way to cater to our every need, including calling us taxis, bringing things to our room and printing out the boarding passes for our flights on the last day! Reception also provides you with a map...

Really loved our time at the Hanoi Symphony. The staff were so helpful and the owner went out of his way to help us on more than one occasion. The breakfast is the nicest we've had in our 3 weeks in Vietnam. Great value for money. If we return to Hanoi we will definitely stay here.

I will keep this one short. We arrived here after our flight from Chiang Mai. The staff didn't bother us by trying to convince us of booking a tour here and there. We had time to relax and were upgraded for free to a bigger room the next day (with balcony). We have no big complaints, we were satisfied.

And theres a weird fragrance when we enter the hotel. The lobby itself was so cramp up.. The diner place is even more tiny, only 3tables.. On the upper side, room was beautifully...

I was in Hanoi on business for only a week but stayed at the Hanoi Symphony Hotel for the entire time. My flight came in late (almost midnight), but the hotel staff waited up to check me in, as requested in my booking. The room, although not very spacious, is very clean and organized. A whole range of hotel supplies...

Mr. Ga and his team have hospitality down to an art! The rooms are comfortable with powerful AC, enough room for two. The breakfast is plentiful: they have tons of fruit, toast, cheese and sliced meats as well as Vietnamese foods. They also make eggs to your order. We had originally booked for two nights and were coming from shanghai....
