Outstanding service from the entire staff in the hotel, restaurant, and spa. Every single staff member strives to make your stay as comfortable and perfect as possible. Breakfasts were 10/10. The hotel was a calming stay amidst a busy city and I definitely recommend to anyone seeking to be right in between the Old Quarter and French Quarter.
We stayed 3 nights at La Sinfonía del Rey. The welcoming was great. The hotel is beautiful, the staff is so attentive and helpful. They took charge of everything we nedeed and they were always friendly and supportive. Breakfast is very complete and tasty and they also have an amazing iced vietnamese Coffee with wich you should start your day ;) Beds are big and comfy, decoration is smart and cosy. We also booked with them the stay and tour in Sapa and a streetfood tour and cooking class in Hanoi. The experience in Hanoi was amazing. Both streetfood tour and cooking class were quite a experience and we enjoyed a very local feeling. View from the rooftop is lovely and the hotel is close to everything by walking. Food in the restaurant is good. They have great Pho Bo but also a good carbonara and beef. So, if you are not willing to have local food, you have great choices here. Anne, Rose, the doormen, the barmen and everybody was just great. We strongly recommend a stay in here on your journey through Vietnam.…
Great hotel in the in a fantastic location in the Old Quarter by the lake. Hue made us feel special as did the rest of the staff. Everything went perfectly from the pre travel emails to the airport transfers and our bookings. The Terrace Suite has a lovely small balcony overlooking the lake on the entrance side of the hotel. The sky bar has fantastic views. They were able to set up the suite with side by side twin beds for my adult son and me. We can’t wait to come back some day. We also really loved Hanoi and wish we had added more days to our stay. We stayed 3 nights of which one was used up by our late arrival from the US. Highly recommend the Halong Bay tour from Jade Sails and the Hanoi street food walking tour also booked by the hotel. Both were incredible values and included way too much food!!!…
It was a wonderful experience staying here. The staff are so kind and welcoming. The room was comfortable and clean. It was great having a little balcony that looked out onto the lake. The hotel is in an excellent location, and is easy to get to most attractions. The skybar was very fun for a cocktail and the free breakfast was delicious! We would love to come back and stay another time.
A great hotel, we loved everything, the location is perfect, the hotel is tastefully decorated, very clean, the rooms are very beautiful and comfortable, excellent breakfast, but the most important thing is the staff, they will do everything to make the guests satisfied, they are very kind and take care of everything that is needed, and always with tolerance and with a smile I have no doubt that I will return to this hotel again. Very highly recommend!!!
I stayed here for two nights before beginning a tour around Vietnam. The service was incredible and the rooms very comfortable. The location was great for exploring the old town of Hanoi. Definitely recommend!
Good location, staff and room condition All is satisfied with staying 10 days Originally I had a plan to move another hotel. But. I extened two times. I recommend that the best choice is your next trip in hanoi
From the moment I walked from the busy street into the hotel I knew I had made the right choice. Staff are very welcoming and friendly. I was offered a room on the 3rd floor and it was exactly as pictured. The bed is super comfortable, I slept very well. The rooftop has an amazing view over the lake and chaos below. Everything about the hotel was perfect for me, a solo female traveler. I would not consider staying anywhere else the next time I’m in Hanoi.
This hotel is fantastic! Moved here after a awful Airbnb experience and we were greeted with welcome tea and snacks. They kindly managed to check us in before the arranged check in time. The room was clean, comfortable and spacious, perfect for a long nights sleep after a day of sightseeing or a late night on beer street. The breakfast was amazing and had plenty of cold and hot options. Likewise the Rhythms Restaurant served us a good meal one night and the Skybar was a awesome setting for some drinks overlooking the city. Would 100% recommend to anyone visiting Hanoi.
Had a wonderful stay. Ms. Thom Dinh was absolutely amazing in taking care of my stay. We had a little misunderstanding with airport pick up which was arranged through the hotel and Ms. Dinh solved matters timely and professionally. She made sure my stay at the hotel was pleasant and she was very professional.
