Look no where if you need a cozy room, lightening fast service and a team ready to cater to your every demand , without a frown . Smooth check in , vegetarian break fast , organising a wonderful day trip , pre ordering veg food and paying for it ,allowing us to use their lobby for a 4 hour flight wait , storing our luggages while we were at the cruise etc are a few things they did for us in a span of 2 nights . Extremely overwhelmed by the service extended . Would highly recommend this place for its room , service , amenities and especially its team . Justin and Ngan thanks again .

What a great hotel! Perfect location, fantastic rooms and super comfortable beds. The staff are just phenomenal. Nothing was too much of a trouble and they really went out of their way to make my time in Hanoi enjoyable. The showers were some of the best I've had, and small touches (the cleaning team noticed I always removed half the pillows, so they made my bed with less pillows!) made this place a stand out :-) I was in Hanoi to support a friend, and the staff checked in with me to make sure I was ok and showed concern when I was eating at strange times of the day - really kind and above and beyond. The staff spoke excellent English. The gym facility was clean and reasonably well equipped and the spa was excellent! Amazjng staff, amazing rooms, amazing service. They helped us plan tours within a days notice and whenever we phoned down to reception they quickly answered and covered our needs. Would highly recommend. It is positioned perfectly aswell, within walking distance of beer street and the lake with the weekend market.

I stayed for two days. Comfortable room, awesome food , nice staff. When things return to normal, wanna go to Hanoi again and stay here. とてもいいホテルでした。スタッフも親切で街のことも教えてくれたり、ホーチミン行きの飛行機も手配してくれたりよかったです。エリアも街中に近く、観光にはベストなスポットかと思います。コロナが落ち着いたらベトナムにはまた行きたいと思っています。

We arrived early and had to wait until the room is ready so we went to have lunch. After coming back we were told our room is not available anymore. Hotel plainly sold the room to someone else for more money. Disgusting pratice! Never again!

This hotel is so beautifully decorated and the service is exceptional. From the first moment we walked in - Leo greeted us with a big smile and made sure our stay was perfect. The breakfast and afternoon tea is delicious and the bar staff are super friendly, plus you can sit in the hot tub with your drink on the rooftop! We booked the Junior Suite with Balcony - it was huge! You can also email the front desk prior to arriving to arrange your airport transfers and when I emailed I booked in some spa treatments and got a discount for booking early. Definitely the best hotel I have been to and will definitely come back to Hanoi and stay here again.

We experienced this hotel in the middle of the pandemic as it was gradually closing. It was a frightening time but the staff dealt with this royally. They were supportive and helped us reschedule our flights. The staff in the dining room were professional and even shared a recipe. The young bartender at the top floor was animated and interesting to talk to. Reception staff accommadated our tour companies changes and made sure we were safe and comfortable. Great location, close to food street and walking to the lovely lake which was our saviour while waiting for flight. Thankyou to all of you, hope you are healthy and safe

My wife and I had a truly fantastic stay in this beautiful boutique hotel. We had a 3 night stay then returned for 1 night after a 3 day Halong Bay cruise, our luggage was taken into a secure room until our return. The hotel its spotless throughout, we had 2 different rooms and both were great the location is fantastic with food street and train street within 10 mins walk, the centre or old quarter 15 mins walk once you got you bearings, breakfast was again a joy, very relaxed and a great choice of Vietnamese foods as well as western, the breakfast staff were charming and gave advice on all the Vietnam breakfast choices, the coffee was the best I had at any hotel on this trip. The front desk again were charming, very helpful with which way to walk, how to get across the road and really useful travel information, a great front desk, good banter and laughs. If you’re looking for a hotel it’s here, you won’t regret this gem.…

We booked this hotel based on great reviews on trip advisor and were so glad we did. This is a classy boutique style hotel. The decor throughout was beautiful. All the staff were first class and totally customer focussed, the hotel is conveniently located in the old part of the city. The breakfast was excellent with a great variety of choices to have. We also ate there two nights, most people tend to eat away from the hotel they are staying in but they should try eating in the hotel at least one night, the quality of the food is excellent and not expensive at all and they have happy hours for your drink choices. Great stay and great value.
