If you are a tourist looking for the finest hotel in the Ho Guom area of Hanoi, I would highly recommend Lucien Hanoi hotel and spa. Location is very convenience to roaming around the Hoan Kiem lake and easy to approach the local cuisine (pho, bún chả, bún thang, bánh mì, etc). Furthermore, the reason why this hotel has the worthy location is the skybar, nearest and observable to the Hoan Kiem lake, best view from the top. Another point that makes the outstanding of this hotel is the service, 10/10. All staffs in the hotel are well-trained, kind and willing to support anytime, even the hardest-to-please customer cannot have any complain in my opinion. I was impressed alot by their professional performance. Lastly, you will have chance to enjoy the exquisite breakfast in the hotel, and never forget the tea break in the afternoon and the nice and tidy accommodation. All in all, for what I experienced as a visitor, if I ever have chance to visit Hanoi again, I surely will comeback to this hotel and have another pleasure time.…

Staff very friendly, easy to talk to and helpful. Hotel has a great location and nice roof terrace, where you can look out over the lake. Very modern and clean, breakfast is very extensive. We had a great time and we were happy that we picked this hotel.

Amazing service provided by David, Emma, Lisa and Kelvin as well as all the other staff we met during our stay. The hotel made for a very comfortable stay in a central location which made for easy access to local sites, eateries and places to grab a drink. Would stay again!

Service from Lisa, David and Emma was excellent. We really enjoyed our stay and recommend this centrally-located, beautiful hotel to all. The room was spacious, clean and very comfortable. All of the staff, from cleaning to restaurant to front of house, were incredibly helpful and welcoming.

I’d strongly recommend this hotel for all travelers to Hanoi who want to stay in District 1. The location is conveniently central: half a block away from a street full of fresh food and shopping, and just 2 blocks away from Hoan Kiem Lake. It is on a calmer street just off the main busier roads, and there are staff at the door ready to welcome you at any hour of the day. I had the street-facing room which was very nice (though could get a little bit noisy at times). The room featured a luxurious bathroom, comfortable bed, and plenty of natural lighting. Daily breakfast was generous and featured an abundance of fresh fruit, juice, made-to-order egg dishes, and rotating Vietnamese bites like spring rolls. The hotel staff was attentive, reliable, and very kind. They chatted with me upon entering/exiting (speaking in English), sent me a list of local recommendations for food and activities, and even called a cab for me when I was on the verge of missing a scheduled tour due to rush hour traffic and a lack of available taxis.…

It was a good stay, Ruby and Lisa was so kind and considerate. The hotel's building was beautifully decorated. If possible I WANT TO VISIT THIS HOTEL AGAIN. LUCIEN HANOI HOTEL IS A GREAT place FOR EVERYONE TO STAY . Breakfast is also nice , every staff is very kind. They gave us a good information for the stores and restaurants.

Ruby served with a smile and was extremely helpful during the check in process. Didn't expect the weather to be this cold, she noticed it and came with hot tea for us while we wait for the check in process to complete. Also want to give a shout out to all the staff in the restaurant for being so friendly as well. Good view of the Hoan Kiem lake from the hotel as well.
