More a backpacker hostel than a hotel. Cigarette smoke , backpacks, unemty trash cans, microwave kitchen, employees sleeping in the lobby on the floor, double- booking. Need cleaning and restoring. Never tasted the breakfast as I checked out before, but I see that people advice you to eat breakfast out. But the hotel is central. ( the one star)

Such a wonderful hotel! The staff were so kind and hospitable, they even let us keep our luggage there after we had checked out so we could spend one night in Halong Bay without taking all our stuff with us. The breakfast was simple but delicious and the rooms were super clean and spacious. The bathroom was large, spotless and...

I've stayed at hotel 02 nights. The facilities is good and clean. The minibar is not expensive, you can drink or you can buy some thing opposite the hotel ( Lotte shop 24h). The breakfast is including on room rate. It's not any complaints because that's good. But the pictures on website is nice but different with present pic! Maybe...

We stayed in the 4 person family room which was spacious and good for a two night stop. The big bath in the bathroom would have also been lovely however there was no plug and when we asked for a plug we were refused. There was also ants everywhere in the room which was not nice. The location was good,...

Stayed here for one night before heading off on a tour. Cannot beat the price for this little gem, large (for Hanoi) room and very clean. Bathroom was clean although the hot water not working for me properly (didn't see any other complaints here so may just have been a once off). Front desk staff had good English and were...

This hotel is in the heart of the Old Quarter in Hanoi. Super easy to walk to the main attractions. Is run by a bunch of young boys that are very helpful. They sorted out laundry for us. Overall the hotel is a bit old, they leave the motorbike at night in front of the stairs so you cannot access...

Located in the heart of the old quarter in Hanoi, the Golden Land offers a lovely quiet relaxing room even though the streets are full of hustle and bustle, you wouldn't even realise you were in a hive of activity. Sam, the front office manager arranged for us to be collected from the airport and the guys working there were...

We booked on booking.com and had a great stay. Our room was spacious, clean and ready several hours before check in. The air conditioner was great and we were on the 6th floor, so had great views. Keep in mind the elevator only goes to the 5th floor. No trouble with noise, great location and absolutely gorgeous staff who are...
