Hotel rooms were nice, large, comfortable . Hotel has a lift which not all Hanoi hotels have and makes it easy to get the luggage up to the room. Upkeeping of rooms is good. Location is great. Breakfast was horribly inedible. We were not pressured into booking tours through them which was also nice

This was our first hotel in Vietnam and it was excellent. The staff were very friendly and helpful. It is a 7 story hotel with one room on each level. We had the 7th floor and the lift only went up to the 5th floor but this was not an issue for us. The room had a spa bath with...

We spent only 2 nights in GoldenLand Hotel. The Location is very good - central within the old quarter of Hanoi only 5 minutes Walking distance to Hoan Kiem Lake. The Hotel itself is average. The rooms are big, the beds comfortable and the breakfast is okay compared to other stays in Vietnam. The Wifi is stable. But - the...

A nice, clean & quite large room, lovely staff always helpful. A good room for the price, nice location- could say the street is busy but then every street in the centre of Hanoi is busy!! Can't escape that part- this ones much better than some others closer to the lake in old town. Shower was the only fault -...

The golden land was really great, the location is perfect. Not too far from the airport and the staff are happy to arrange a transfer for you if you need it at a small cost. Everything you need is right on their doorstep. Friendly staff and a free breakfast too!! We would definitely stay there again.

More a backpacker hostel than a hotel. Cigarette smoke , backpacks, unemty trash cans, microwave kitchen, employees sleeping in the lobby on the floor, double- booking. Need cleaning and restoring. Never tasted the breakfast as I checked out before, but I see that people advice you to eat breakfast out. But the hotel is central. ( the one star)

Such a wonderful hotel! The staff were so kind and hospitable, they even let us keep our luggage there after we had checked out so we could spend one night in Halong Bay without taking all our stuff with us. The breakfast was simple but delicious and the rooms were super clean and spacious. The bathroom was large, spotless and...

I've stayed at hotel 02 nights. The facilities is good and clean. The minibar is not expensive, you can drink or you can buy some thing opposite the hotel ( Lotte shop 24h). The breakfast is including on room rate. It's not any complaints because that's good. But the pictures on website is nice but different with present pic! Maybe...
