A very average hotel, located outside the old quarter. Beds were nice, bathroom was ordinary, breakfast ok. This hotel was good for shelter, it wasnt one I was keen to spend too much time in. The boutique hotels in the old quarter, looked more appealing and are in a better location for experiencing Hanoi city.

I found this hotel on trip advisor and rather then book online I decided to just walk in. My traveling companion was at a coffee shop watching the luggage and it made sense for me to check in alone and come back for everything. Booking.com quoted me $2,009,243.00 per night. About 90 dollars. When I got in and booked the...

I stayed this hotel for three nights. Hotel is situated in the city center about 300 m from railway station. There are many small restaurants and shops in this area. You could go on foot to old city. Staff is very friendly and helpful. Rooms are clean and not noisy. In the room there are kettle, two free bottles of...

Nice and clean room. Staff very nice and friendly, helped us with finding our way around. Good location with good restaurants around and not far from the center of town. Breakfast is good, food is fresh.

The staff was always pleasant and available. If you are traveling to the Hanoi area this motel is involved with a local HIV AIDS hospital. At the front desk is a donation container. We brought toothbrushes, toothpastes and flosses that they will be delivering. Once a month they cook for this organization. So they get huge bonus points for this....

Huge bed. Small bathroom. Very clean. The best thing in the hotel is the service. It is efficient, engaging, useful from checking in to check out and in the restaurant. Excellent. And they gave us late check out quickly. One suggestion I would like to make is to increase the number of English channels on tv.

This is a small hotel close to the Hanoi offices I need to visit. This comes at a price. There is no SPA, no swimming pool. The menu at the restaurant is limited. In fact, the menu is limited, but there are several restaurants around. In the past, the internet worked fine, but not this time. It was off and...

We spent a week here last November and it made our stay more enjoyable. It is quite a small hotel on a relatively quiet street and felt like a haven of peace on our return from the hectic hustle of the city every evening. On our arrival the first thing my wife commented on was the beautiful scent that pervaded...

The only thing I don't like was the in-room carpet (worn out and not comfy, but no dust). Bedding was very soft and comfy but the bed was too soft though. Working desk was not big but acceptable. Socket next to desk was too loose - need to be fixed (room 905). Was quiet in the evening. Great service -...
