The hotel is in the Old Quarter, very clean, very silent. PC with internet in the room. Some rooms dont have a window but some others do, so you can ask for one on the front. The most important thing was the staff, so professional and so helpful! We had a wonderful stay! Definitely recommended

We researched extensively about accomodation in Hanoi as it was our first visit there and the one constant that we found was how highly the guests rated Rising Dragon II. On the strength of those recommendations we decided to try it for ourselves and it turned out to be a wise move. We spent 7 nights at RD II and...

It was a relief as a first time traveller in Vietnam to be received by great staff with good English. The rooms were of a very high standard with a nice soft bed. Computers and large LCD TV provided in the room made it easy to unwind after a days sightseeing. They arranged all my trips through North Vietnam which...

Arrived very late without a booking and staff were extremely helpful. Rooms were clean, spacious, good bathroom and has as well as plasma TV a computer with internet connection and well stocked mini bar. The staff were very helpful in organizing our trips to Howlong Bay and Sapa. Howlong bay was on there own ship named Hanoi opera. We had...

The Rising Dragon Hotel II was an amazing experience! I was there with a group of colleagues from the States, and we stayed a month. So you can imagine the millions of questions we had for the staff, day in and day out. They always had really great suggestions, from where to eat to different places to sightsee, as well...

Perfect room, perfect location, perfect breakfast, perfect recommendations, the best staff... Our room, the suite, was spacious, spotless and with a very comfortable bed. The location is superb, just in the middle of the old quarter and very convenient to explore the city. We loved it there! As to the staff, everybody amazingly friendly with a great working atmosphere. Always...

We had a really bad start with our stay at this hotel. We had emailed the hotel to advise that we would be coming straight from the Sapa train and would be arriving at 5am. We arrived on a very windy and rainy morning to find the hotel chained up tight with a staff member asleep on the couch in...

I booked 2 rooms at the Rising Dragon 2 for a trip to Hanoi with 5 of my extended family. For the price, this hotel is fantastic. It is far from being a luxury hotel, but is a great base to see the sights of Hanoi. The only issue was upon check in, one of the rooms which had a...

An amazing oasis in a very busy city. The hotel is terrific - great amenities and first class, friendly staff who are always helpful, and treat you as part of the family. From the time of our arrival to our departure, when the staff came outside to wave us farewell in the taxi, they were so attentive to our wishes...

Made to feel at home our whole stay, the hotel was exceptionally clean the rooms nicely presented and the beds very comfortable, takes time to get used to traffic noise but that is Hanoi. We read up on hotel and recommendation on trip advisor and what is written is not exaggerated but probably understated. We had lots of laughs and...
