This hotel is centrally located and the staff is great (super helpful and friendly). The breakfast was also good. However, you get what you pay for at $22/ night for the rooms. The beds are horrible- very uncomfortable. I couldn't sleep at all and had to switch hotels after the first night. The rooms look a lot nicer in the...

I bought my bicycle here and put it together in their dining room. The staff was incredible kind and accommodating to me. All were friendly and helpful for directions and recommendations and questions of where to get certain items. The street the hotel on is narrow street and the taxi couldn't get in but an employee came out and helped...

My stay in Hanoi was made an unforgettable experience by Jenny and her staff. She took care of my internal trips and every booking was faultless. I kept coming back to the hotel on my return to Hanoi because of the welcome I received. It is a truly charming hotel and run by a wonderful lady.

If you are planning to visit some places in Vietnam, this hotel is a good base. Before getting there I emailed the hotel many times with multiple questions and Jenny answered all of them promptly and help us with everything, from our approval letters for the visa on arrival, to train tickets bookings, Halong Bay cruise, transportation, etc. We stayed...

Very helpful Jenny. She's on top of everything...from list where to go, where the best place to eat and shop... As for the other staff, they always have the willingness to help. The room I stayed in, yes it's small with no window but bed is pretty huge for one and its comfortable. Breakfast, you have the North American options...4-5...

We stayed here for 2 nights and chose this hotel because of the good reviews on trip advisor.. however, I seriously don't know why people rate this place with 5*. The beds are the worst thing ever, you can feel the metal springs, the beds are well worn and would need a replacement urgently. There are also some bugs, flees...

Great location in the Old Quarter. Staff is very helpful and polite. The bed was in poor condition, the mattress was indented and uncomfortable. The most irritating thing is there is much noise pollution; such as, at around 6:45 or 7 am a news broadcast blares from a loudspeaker in the street occurs from anywhere for 10-20 minutes. This seemed...

We enjoyed our stay at charming hotel! We were greeted right away and was given a map as the receptionist showed us things to do. The room is great especially for the price. Once we left we realized we forgot a few things. After talking with the stage they went above and beyond trying to find what we forgot (even...
