I cannot speak more highly of this Hotel. I could not fault anything about our stay. In particular the manager (Jason) was a perfect host. Highly recommended. Stayed their in 2018. Sorry about delay in writing this review.
Can't recommend this Hotel enough. Easy walking to all areas of Hanoi. Minutes away from a relaxing walk around the lake. The staff in the restaurant lovely. Enjoyed having breakfast on the verandah. Lovely choices and plenty to eat. Rooms were perfect.
I booked to stay at Hanoi Bonsella Prestige Hotel & Spa on Mar 12 and 13 but when I arrived it was closed due to the coronavirus. A poster on the door told me that my booking had been changed to Bonsella Hotel, which ended up being an upgrade. It's a beautiful hotel in a prime location next to Ho Hoan Kiem lake. It's surrounded by lots of other boutique hotels and nice restaurants. And despite the fact it's a prime location, it's not on a busy street so wasn't noisy outside. Our room was excellent - nicely decorated and rose petals had been sprinkled across the bed. A very good breakfast was served on the top floor with nice views of the Hanoi rooftops. The best thing about the hotel were the staff. You'd struggle to find someone with more pride in their job than Cali, who we saw each morning on the top floor when we had breakfast. She was very helpful and friendly and always smiling. The receptionists were also super-friendly but sadly I can't remember their names. This is an excellent hotel in a prime location.…
Intentionally booked a room at the Bonsella Prestige Hotel & Spa but upon reaching they said they were closed due to COVID'19 so they arranged transportation for us to Bonsella Hotel instead. We didn't mind as the second hotel was actually pretty comfortable and nice. Despite it looks a little smaller than the our first choice. All the staff at Bonsella hotel were very friendly and helpful. There was a staff to bring and introduce each dishes they have for breakfast to us in the dinning area. Very bubbly and sweet. During our check out date, staff also helped us arranged a transportation to the airport. And they gave us a souvenir keychain as a token of thanks. And that's so sweet! However during the checkout process, we were told that we haven't paid for the booking and we didn't checked as we were rushing to the airport already. So basically both Bonsella Prestige Hotel & Spa and Bonsella hotel charged us twice and of a different price. I have been trying to contact both parties and still waiting for an solutions. Aside from that matter, My stay at Bonsella Hotel was a pleasant and simple one. Thank you to the bellboy guys too!…
We had 4 nights at Bonsella Hotel. it was a great central location to explore Hanoi. The rooms were clean and comfortable, all you needed. The staff were exceptional, from the front desk to the restaurant. We had a cruise cancelled and they did all they could to help us rebook. Would highly recommend staying here.
