I took two trips to Halong Bay and Sapa and all was organized efficiently by the hotel staff, particularly Tommy, who took care of all my arrangements. Nice hotel in oldtown area, all staff are nice they serving with heart. Very recommended hotel with value for money. Nice room. Good breakfast menu. Taxi cost from airport should be 400.000vietnam dong, on USD around 18dollar. Be careful with taxi, just ask fixed price when you go everywhere.
