The staffs are warm and friendly people who make you feel very welcome and nothing is too much efforts as long as their guest are smiling. The room is clean and the bathroom with a powerful shower. I recommend this hotel: a beautiful hotel which leaves you feeling truly special

The room is nicely decorated, super clean, with in-room PC & Internet, very spacious with 1 double beds and 2 single beds!, good hot water. Everything is just perfect. Guess, how much I pay for this room? Only $22/night! very worth for money. Staff are friendly and helpfull. Besides, I am very impressed with tour booking service of this hotel....

Situated directly in the Old Quarter of Hanoi, is this comfortable hotel in Hanoi. Our taxidriver had some difficulties in finding it, as it is tucked away in a tiny edge of Hang Giay. The hotel is only 5-10 minutes walking to the Hoan Kiem lake (if you don't get lost on the way...) We pre-booked this hotel on advise...

My husband and I have been traveling around the world for over 6 months. This hotel has probably had the best value out of any other we've stayed in. We did not have any reservations, therefore we didn't have any issues as some of the other reviewers. For $15/night you get very nice, clean rooms with cable TV, mini-fridge, AC,...

This hotel seemed too good to be true: $20US a night, big, new, beautiful room with internet. We would go to Halong Bay, then return Sunday to stay for 4 nights. The owner & staff assured us they would reserve the room. 6pm Sunday, no room. Tried to move us to another of their hotels (for $30US). Much nicer quieter...

I have never posted a comment in this site but this time I think I have to share my terrible experience in this hotel. I booked this hotel on Dec 1.Don't trust them, they WILL NOT reserve a room for you even though they have promised. I confirmed my room reservation through email. I even ordered their pick up service....
