The hotel was in a good location but had a hostel feel to it. Rooms are small and just felt dirty to me---walls were moldy. Also I hated that the hotel didn't have a lift--had to move my elderly mother to another hotel that had an elevator---my fault for not researching this. I actually started looking for a different hotel...

Just stayed the one night which was long enough, our room had a lovely view of an inner wall and the beds were not the comfiest and the breakfast was nothing special. The positives of this hotel is that it's right in the middle of the old quarter with plenty of food options near by and the ac in the...

Very confortable (soft mattress; double glaze window so it is very quiet, excellent wifi, room of...

The best of this hotel is its location, in the heart of the Old Quarter. Good value for price, though breakfast is not included, wifi on the room though at the afternoon it stopped working suddenly, good staff and helpful. The good thing is that you are conveniently close from all sorts of restaurants, from western ones to local ones...

The hotel staff was very helpful and spoke pretty good English. They also can arrange for you some trips outside of Hanoi if need be. Hotel was pretty clean but not the best The area is bustling at night with backpackers mixed in with locals.

A friend and I went travelling at the beginning of Jan this year. As two young girls - 20 & 19 - we were very grateful for how much help the staff gave us. This was our first stop of the trip and they were fantastic. Although when we originally booked the hotel as the Prince 1 they sorted out...
