Everything sucks, from staff's attitude to the room. I had an exam the next day at the ocean park building, which was very close to this hotel, so i stayed here 1 night only, and it was horrible. If you stay in the most expensive room you will get their attention. If not, you will be like me, they dont...

one of the oldest and biggest hotels of the city but not maintained. The room where we stayed has mosquitoes. The staff at the reception are not friendly, hardly speak english and one male was even very arrogant. Stayed here coz was invited by a friend but rather will not stay here if i will be the one paying.

This is a budget hotel and although the hotel may be old and poorly maintained, that is not the main reason for my 1 star review. When my partner and myself arrived at this hotel after already paid for a booking and arrived to the reception we were informed that I would be required to pay an additional fee due...

Very dirty rooms, sticky carpet floors, staff at reception who are mostly rude and unhelpful, very little English spoken and they bark orders at you, mosquitoes everywhere, black water in the pool, horrid food, noisy rooms with people smoking outside your door. We had a meeting there - meetings facilities were good, but stay somewhere else.

Looks like I'm lost in here. Someone just picked up me from airport and drop me in here. This hotel is quiet. They have swimming pool but not used anymore. Weird breakfast, there are not too many choices of food. Like most of cities in Vietnam, there are chaotic traffic everywhere. I'm stayed in here for 5 days and I'm...

This place is horrible. When we first went in the lady at reception seemed angry but I wasn't sure why. I found out afterwards that she was calling me American and saying she didn't want me in her hotel, lobby, or anywhere near it. I'm not even American, but I don't know what she was trying to protect. After staying...

This is by far my worst hotel experience ever. DO NOT STAY HERE. Fist of, the early receptionists were extremely rude. They doubled the price quoted on the internet and put us in a room without any internet, lots of flies and mosquitoes, and just overall very dirty. Again, I strongly advise against staying here.

Rooms ok, and clean, big pool but busy early on with locals, breakfast was terrible and had a rat for company in the dining area. Staff were helpful. This is the second hotel I've stayed at in Hanoi and I would only stay here again as it was convenient for work.
