Stayed here with my husband and our 2 teenage daughters last November and I can honestly say we all loved this place! Service was A1. Smiles all around. Lovely cold drinks on arrival. The room with 2 queen size beds was fantastic. Everything you need. Good free wifi. Breakfast was great. The service was really SO good. They went out...

I stayed at the Ruby on two occasions in September. The hotel is centrally located in the Old Town which is ideal for exploring. The room, I was in a double room but with single occupancy was perfect in every way. Nothing has been missed. Clean, quiet, all the mod cons including a laptop in the room were excellent. The...

Does not offer the glitz of other High end branded hotels but it knocks the socks off them when it comes to service. All the major chains should look at this little boutique hotel to see how to do it right! The rooms are really comfortable and clean. This little retreat is within easy walking distance of museums and places...

We spent 4 nights at this hotel (October 2-6) and recommend it highly. The location is perfect, in the heart of the old quarter but tucked away in one of the small lanes so there is little traffic noise at night; the room was spotless, well fitted out and comfortable, the bed was one of the most comfortable hotel beds...

There is a reason why this quiet, little unassuming hotel is ranked no.1 on TripAdvisor despite being a "budget" hotel. The service is IMPECCABLE. They completely bend over backwards for you and the rooms are presented so beautifully and are cozy homes away from home. Even breakfast is made to order. The way the staff met us at the start...

The friendliest and best service we experienced in Vietnam. For a 2 star hotel we were really impressed. The staff were very helpful and helped us organise our tour to Ha Long bay. We ended up staying another night after our tour and we're upgraded to a better room. Highly recommended to young couples who like to be amongst the...

This hotel was great, just read the other positive reviews. Staff was genuinely kind and helpful. We stayed in the larger room on the top floor, junior suite I think. Made what ever we wanted on the included breakfast menu. Visited the spa at the Diamond sister hotel and it was also great. Met another lady at another sister hotel...

After our Sapa trip (including night train), we wanted a nice place to stay and rest. We just walked in there and ask if they could help us out. We would arrive back from Sapa around 6 in the morning and we wanted an hotel who could help us out for an early check in. They immediately showed us some...

The Ruby Elegance in the Old Quater in Hanoi was our little slice of Heaven ! Our family of 5 comfortably shared a family room ( king , queen and comfy fold out ) for several nights . The staff were faultless , the room spotless and comfortable ( even quite soft beds which were a little hard to find...

This is a very special hotel. We used it as a base for exploration of Hanoi and northern and central Vietnam returning on three separate occasions in a three week period. The staff are fantastic, the place is small, comfortable and friendly. The location is great too in the old quarter on a relatively quiet laneway that's a fresh food...
