My friend and me were travelling a lot around Hanoi so we needed to let our stuff for some days at the hotel which was never a problem. We were even allowed to take a shower before and after the night bus to Sapa at there private bathroom all though we didn't stay there at this time. So we can...

What makes places great are people - this is what I believe and what I'm looking for when travelling. If you wish to stay in the very heart of Hanoi, meeting good people, knowing something more about Vietnam, being helped & served 110%, stay there in a comfy & clean room :) Thank you, Khiem and all the others, for...

Well located hotel with exceptionally friendly staff. Anna was very helpful with advice on local tours and Kim provided excellent assistance when I lost my credit card. Very large and clean rooms with huge windows.

The room was nice, huge, very spacious and bright. Comfortable bed and quality linens. Great shower. The hotel is old and could undergo a renovation. Breakfast is extremely simple: a choice of drink and a choice of bread (with butter, or cream cheese, or egg, etc). The service could be better. Anna was extremely friendly and helpful, but she was...

We only stayed here for a night but everything was great. The room was big, the bed comfortable and the breakfast decent. Special thanks to Anna, whose smile and kindness made the morning brighter:) I would recommend it to anyone. We would stay there again.

A very convenient place to stay in Hanoi. Amazing in terms of location, room and service! Only 10 mins walk to Hoan Kiem Lake and other tourist destinations. We didn't have any difficulty regarding transportation since there are a lot of restaurants close by. The staff are very helpful and courteous; especially Anna, for her hospitality and help during our...

The rooms were very spacious with high, vaulted ceilings, great big windows to see the city, and very clean! The people at the front speak well enough English to help you plan excursions, direct you around the city, and answer any questions for you. Everything we asked them, they exceeded our expectations with information. And every trip or excursion we...

Our stay at this hotel was very pleasant. The rooms are a big size and offer nice views of the city. The hotel breakfast has an array of choices and are of a good standard. However, the hotel staff, notably, a girl called Anna is really where this hotel stood out. Anna made our stay a wonderful experience from start...

Looks like this hotel has not been cleaned in a very long time. Also don't stay here if you ever want to sleep! Very loud voices in the lobby all night! Only quiet time was between 3-5am! The only reason I gave this poor and not terrible is because the bed was comfortable. The room was dirty, thick brown marks...
