This was a good base out of backpacking area but within walking distance ...and also walking distance to lake / night market / ho chi minh mausoleum and park. Lots of choice of food on street too. We had large room with good view of street. Cleaned every day. Staff were friendly and helpful. Freshly cooked breakfast. Arranged taxi to...

I stayed here for 2 nights , and I found it comfortable to stay here. The room is very big and clean.. staff are all very friendly and helpful . Hotel is located in the old quater area, so it is very easy to get Hoan Kiem lake and some famous landcapes in Ha noi center. Every service including breakfast,...

Very nice and helpful staff. They helped me to find where to change money, suggested how to reach the best destinations in town, called me cheap taxis, were always smiling. The hotel is next to the nightlife area. I've got an enormous room with aircon for the same price of a pension. Definitely recommended.

First we for a pretty dirty room, dirty walls, shower and bedsheets. We asked for another room and got one, this was waaaay cleaner so staff was very helpfull and friendly. Still both times we got breakfest we saw a mouse running around, not so tasteful to watch while eating.

Me and my wife stayed here for 3 nights whilst backpacking. Staff very friendly and helpful and happy to accommodate our needs (eg having breakfast early before going on trips). The room was very spacious and the location is great. The rooftop restaurant at the Serenity Diamond Hotel a few doors down was amazing, a great view and the food...

Great compromise if on a medium budget. We stayed two nights checking out in between for Halong bay. Great location and has 2 eating joints just outside. Staff were friendly accommodative and helpful. Helped us book our tour and airport cab but we had to bargain on the prices both times. Worth asking around what other people are charging. Rooms...

Ask them for trips, tipps, prices, laundry, they can help. The room is comfortable with little scratches on the wall. Location is perfect, bars, restaurants and caffees around the place. Thank you guys for...

I've stayed in several Hanoi hostels/hotels and this has been my favourite. Had a large room at the front of the hotel which was clean, had lots of natural light, comfy bed and decent air con. Good value for money. Anna on reception was lovely. Helpful but not hassling me to book tours all the time, which has annoyed me...

The room was quite large and had all the amenities needed, while coming in at a budget price. Good location on a quieter side street away from chaos of some old quarter locales. The staff are extremely friendly, especially the young lady in the daytime who helped me navigate some complicated travel arrangements to China. And even though i had to...
