The hotel provided us with everything we could want or need during our 5 day stay. The rooms are comfortable, clean and a good size with a balcony overlooking the street. The restaurant next door provides an all-you-can-eat breakfast with a great balance between local and western foods. We ordered room service a few times for dinner. The location is...

My boyfriend and I live in Hanoi, but we decided we wanted to stay with our family in the Old Quarter when they came to visit us last week. We chose the Artisan Boutique Hotel based on location (which is excellent!) and great reviews. We had a wonderful experience at this hotel. I can't remember the woman's name at the...

Situated near the lake in the Old Quarter in what is a relatively quiet street this hotel is ideally located for exploring the neighbourhood but free from the worst of the traffic and noise. Very friendly and helpful staff. Good breakfasts and other meals if required at the hotel's nearby cafe - just 20 m away. I would stay there...

Hot water and staff were super friendly and helpful. We booked a ha long bay tour through the hotel and it was great. The hotel...

We had booked a Standard room for our stay in December 2016. We arrived at the hotel only to be told that they had our booking but were sending us to another hotel close by which was better and bigger. We got to the other hotel after walking for 15 mins only to find out that the room was terrible...

Artisan Boutique is tucked in a quiet street away from the bustle of Old Quarter and yet situated within walking distance to main shopping district and dining areas. Beds were comfortable, room was a little small but it has a huge bathroom (a big plus). We had a family room with a balcony where we could watch the early morning...
