The name of the hotel changed but they didn't inform anyone. Wifi works intermittently, and of course, slow. Bed sheets have yellow-brown color. Bathroom is too tiny, no space even to sit on toilet, shower door cannot be closed properly if you are in. After 23:00, staff switch off lobby lights, close door and sleep on the floor, if you... We travelled to Hanoi for 3 days. And the hotel is in a great location to see all the sites. The hotel staff were also excellent and couldn't do enough for us. The manager sat with us on arrival to show us a map and gave us advice on where to go. The map he gave us also came with... More

I had the opportunity to stay in Hanoi for one week. The service is really impeccable: the guy and girl at the service counter are warm and friendly, and they will help you with booking tours for a good price. Free breakfast great hotel, great city!

It was a pleasure to stay at the Hanoi Ciao hotel. On arrival i was offered an upgrade for a very small fee and was given a complementary cup pf tea and plate of fresh watermelon whilst they sorted out the upgrade! The hotel is in a very good location near the beautiful lake Ho Hoan Kiem, it is also... More

Lovely small hotel with fantastic staff. The team couldn't have been more helpful in booking our tour to Ha Long bay - they weren't pushy at all and gave us some great, unbiased advice. Our room was clean and the hotel is in a great location. I would recommend to friends.

We were allowed to check in a little early if we were OK with twin instead of double room, which was much appreciated. It's a small hotel down a walking street, no door front taxi service if that's your thing. Nice and quiet. Our room was quite dirty. Stained, holey sheets although they were clean. Lots of dust, sticky fridge,... More

Initial impressions of the room were a surprise as it was incredibly small and had no windows and no in room computer as advertised on the website. But we found it very cozy and clean and the bed was comfortable. A few points we did notice on arrival; - there was no shower gel in the dispenser and it was... More

We stayed here for three nights while visiting Hanoi. The receptionists were lovely and very helpful. Our room was a bit old though, the shower had low pressure and the bathroom just looked a bit tired in general. Breakfast could have been better, the pancakes were pretty rubbery. Would probably stay here again for the location.

First time in crazy Hanoi. Many options if you're looking for a hotel or guesthouse. This hostel is not inside the old quarter but near. Nice and silent street close to the famous curch in Hanoi. Clean rooms and breakfast is just fine for the amount you're paying. A/C is really a must in the rooms, since it gets hot... More

Great location, friendly and helpful staff. We stayed here for 2 nights and and the staff helped us booked our Halong bay day tour though the hotel and it was cheap and good! Only $35 per person. The Rooms are small but that's all you need if you are always out and about.. About a 5 minute walk to centre... More
