I checked the reviews of hotels and booked this one through the internet and really made the right choice. It's located in the Old Quarter and there are a lot of small shops and other places of business near the hotel. The place is clean and the staff are very helpful and courteous and did everything to make our stay... More

while we stayed in Hanoi this hotel was recommended to us, so we tried it out and stayed 2 nights. They have a lot of staff who try to be very professional. In the Lobby you have free wireless and some PCs and in the rooms a cable to connect to the internet. The room was very clean and nice.... More

Unfortunatly the ear plugs were not enough to block... More

BUT, on the second day, the day of all my business meetings, they declared that they had to move me to a sister hotel, which was supposed to be... More

Our group of 8 stayed here for 3 nights (2 nights then 1 further night after a trip to Sapa) and had no problems at all. reception staff were very friendly and helpful ( even when I knocked on the door at 5.30am after an overnight train journey from Sapa). They gave us an early check in after the overnight... More

After booking/guaranteeing the highest level of room through a US-based travel agent who assured us this was a quality hotel, we were given the classic run-around and hassle that you only expect at places that charge $5 per night. Checking in early in the day when the hotel was notably empty, the four of us (two rooms) were given windowless... More
