The hotel itself is well located, close to the lake and within walking distance of many of the tourist attractions and good restaurants. However, the room was. Wry hot at night and the air. Onsite ones was a potable one that blew out air that was foolish but not cold. The lights on the display were so bright it was...

This hotel is in the centre of town surrounded by restaurants, shops and a busy market. We had a lake view room with balcony and a large seating area...beautiful and worth every penny. Only disappointment was the shower. Wifi worked well. Breakfast offered many options and was good. Hotel organized our transport to next destination. I recommend this hotel.

This hotel could be something great, but falls short. First, if staff says that they will do something, they need to do it. They took our passports at check in then wanted us to go to our room. We asked for our passports & they said they would bring them up. Several hours later, we had to go downstairs to...

Stayed in the Presidential Suite which overlooked the lake. Although there is a kitchen and a beautiful tea set there was no crockery or cutlery in the kitchen for us to eat our snacks in or stir our tea and coffee with. The street noise is at tome unbearable as motorists are constantly beeping their horns at one another. The...

This is a big hotel very well located in central dalat with the front rooms offering a nice view of the lake and part of the city The hotel host mainly Asian and only few European and Americans , this is why breakfast is oriented more toward Asian people. Rooms are OK but not exceptional. clean and functional and somewhat...

My wife and I stayed here for three nights. Our room was clean and comfortable, and we appreciated the central location (many restaurant choices within a 5 minute walk). My wife is quite sensitive to noise and we didn't find that to be an issue when the balcony doors/windows were closed. Our room had a beautiful view of the city...

My small family and I stayed here for 3 nights. We enjoyed quite good service, a comfortable room and convenient location, because the hotel is right at the city center. Contrary to some complaints about the midnight noise on this website, I did not experience much, especially when the glass doors were closed. On the downside, the wooden flood was...

Beautiful hotel, perfect location , but they must do something about the massage , worst massage I've ever had , the girls are clueless and was shocking . They were noisy , laughed , talked a lot and didn't know how to give a proper massage . The hot stones was way too hot also .

Ngoc Lan used to be super well-known a few decades ago for its location plus design plus some other things I don't know what they were. Anyway, as time goes by it becomes old and pretty inconvenient now. For some people said that it's quite noisy at night since there is a bar opposited but the first night of my...
