The reception staff are not fluent in English. Room dirty, moldy, smelly. Bathroom with centipedes, horrible.Dimly lit room, not good soundproofing, noise from other rooms to affect us. I will not come back here again.

We booked this hotel on short notice, and they had (we think) only the top floor room available. It did not look anything like the pictures during booking - the roof was made of palm trees / bamboo (think beach hut roof), smelt musty, and no AC. The small window did not have blinds, so the sun shows itself nice...

We had a nice room, unfortunately very cold but the staff was happy to give us a different room and an extra blanket to be more comfortable. Other than that they organised a day trip for us and a cheap taxi to the airport.

Stayed here for 4 nights, we had originally booked a twin single but were upgraded to a twin double for free! Lovely owners who were very friendly. Quiet location which is good, and the tv has some great movies!

We had a lovely room but once my boyfriend sat on the bed the slats went through! I think it's needs re modernising! Once we told them, they were happy to remove us and place us into a bigger room which was ok! Was a good 15 mins walk away from the centre but nothing to complain about. Food wasn't...

Arriving in rugged conditions from a day of woeful travel interrrptions, we were escorted by a genial fellow on a motorbike (we could not locate it on the gps) who sat us down and had a girl bring us warm artichaud tea while we were checked in by another smiling employee. Seeing our low spirits, the aforementioned fellow upgraded our...

We arrived at the hotel at 06:00am after a 12-hour nightbus. We were offered to use a room at the costs of 120.000vnd. This smelly room had 2 beds, of which one of the sheets had several dirty spots. We were happy to move to another room, the one that we initially booked, even though this was a lower room...

We were a little reluctant upon reading the reviews. But being a last moment booking, the pricing and agoda reviews etc, we decided to go with it. We were cautious of several things pointed out by other reviewers but to our surprise, everything went really well. Found all the girls at the reception to be very friendly and helpful. The...

We planned to stay at another booked hotel, but my friend forgot his passport at home. He only had his international driving license. The hotel didn't accept that (I think it's a bit too strict). So we had to look up on the net for another accomodation. We decided to stay at Dalat Flower. And, I have to say that...

The hotel itself is quite ok. My room was fine except for the loads of dirt and dust under the bed, apparently they don't vacuum there. I would advise you not to eat breakfast here, because when you pay for it at check-out you will be charged extra for a dry cake (which I left in the package on the...
